Vacation rentals with a patio in East Downtown, Houston

The picture is exactly as the apartment, the instructions helped so that we don't get lost finding it.. we will definitely be staying there again

Not only is Deunteys place amazing but his communication skills are absolutely great! During our stay he checked in on us just to make sure we were ok and had what we needed. His home is wonderful I felt safe and secure. The neighborhood is a great location!!!!

THIS WAS was the best air bnb for business I’ve ever stayed in and will be back to stay in September. The big balcony overlooks the city and Starbucks is literally right across the street for you to walk to every morning and get your cup of coffee. Very quiet atmosphere, secure and amazing amenities!

we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The accommodation was immaculately clean and perfectly decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay, to bad i had to cut my stay shot due to a personal emergency. He was a great host, the apartment was very nice, the kitchen had whatever I needed. It has a cute balcony and a big and nice restroom. I didn't see anything particularly unsafe in the neighborhood, it just didn't feel quite safe at night. Although inside the building it was quite safe.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult children for 4 nights. It was great for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms, but spend time together in the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The beds were comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. The first floor has a bedroom with 2 queen beds. There is a bathroom with large walk in shower by the kitchen. So if you can't climb the staircase you could still stay here. There were no baking sheets or pizza pans but several skillets and pots. There are spatulas, cooking spoons, and knives. To give the dishwasher power you have to use the light switch on the right side of the sink. One is the garbage disposal, the other dishwasher. Backing through the gate was very narrow for our full size van. But if you have a smaller vehicle it should be fine. The central air units worked great and the upstairs and downstairs stayed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It felt like home. We would definitely stay here again.

Two great bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and very comfortably appointed. One of the showers is HUGE! The location in the Heights neighborhood is perfect for strolling and easy on-foot access to great restaurants, shops, etc. The entrance is on an ally behind the street, which surprised us but wasn't a drawback. And the king-sized bed has an extremely soft mattress, which may be a consideration. We were very comfortable for our 7-night stay in Houston, and we'd be happy to book again.

Veronica’s place was just like the pictures, very clean, and beautiful! She had everything we needed for myself, husband, sister and our 3 teens! Neighborhood was quiet, no complaints, and it’s about 15-20 min from everything! Great host! I would definitely book here again! She even had fresh goodies waiting for us! ☺️

Rosa place was so beautiful from the inside to the outside and felt right at home Rosa opened me and my guest with open arms And had great communication through it all i will definitely be booking again

Stayed for 5 days, home was really nice and looked exactly like the pictures. Host was very responsive as well and the property is located in a good neighborhood.

Kevin's place was amazing! There were five of us girls that flew in from all different states to enjoy the rodeo at NRG Stadium. We left snow and cold! This house was so perfect for our stay with all the amenities and location! Safe, cute, quiet neighborhood and the pool and privacy was fabulous! If we come back or when we come back, we will book here again! Thank you!

It was a great home. Everything I need was there. They had coffee snacks in the house. They had great restaurants near by as well.

This place was perfect for me and my best friend. Walkable to the galleria mall and in a safe area. The host was so responsive and friendly! Everything was an easy drive (minus the Houston traffic) overall I would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay for extended stays in the Houston area. Joseph is extremely helpful and accommodating.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

Nice apartment. Unbeatable location for my long term stay. Excellent restaurants nearby. Recommend a visit to Dun Huang Plaza on Bellaire - good restaurants and Oasis Foot Spa is exceptional. Easy access from complex back gate to great walking/biking trails. Min was an excellent, responsive host.

Easy check in, great communication, awesome location (Montrose), quiet street, apartment is spacious, very clean, little balcony that makes a difference. 5 out of 5.
