Condo vacation rentals in East Devon District

We did not meet the owner but it did not matter as she responded immediately. Location was perfect as an older person, quiet and peaceful. Many walking trails. The village has no Laundramat and very limited restaurants. Train service nearby is very good with frequent service. Could not fault the apartment with the exception of a fold-up bed into a cupboard everyday to open the main big window with the view. Probably not suitable for guests with children. In all other respect it was very modern and perfect.

Perfect stay for my visit (my son’s wedding) Everything I needed for a relaxed stay and to explore Ottery St Mary. Easy to find with Sue’s directions and enter with the Key lock box. Sue popped down to welcome me and contact anytime if needed to. She kindly left some milk and orange juice + sweet treat. It was a home from home and I had everything I needed to make my own meals to save on eating out. Comfy bed always a bonus. Thankyou Sue. I would definitely stay again.

We used the apartment in Whimble as a short stay. It was convenient for us to attend a party on a local campsite. We couldn’t fault the apartment and everything we needed could be found in the cupboards. Rich was quick to reply to any queries and we would stay in the apartment again if in the area.

This was a fantastic stay, with a great host. Carol was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful at every time. The property was perfect, and exactly as described. Walkable to the beach and village. Very excited to stay here again some time!

We really loved staying here. Great location, very close to the beach. The apartment was well stocked with handy things, like dishwasher tablets and milk etc. nice and quiet apartment, clean and tidy and very comfortable beds. Would recommend. Susy was very good with communication about check in and out. Great host.

Thank you Jane for letting us stay at the wonderful studio. This studio is situated in a wonderful part of east Devon, with plenty of coastal walks on the doorstep. 5-7 min walk to a nice local pub in Knowle and the village budleigh salterton is about 15-18 min walk a little longer if you go via coastal route. Regarding the studio it is perfect for a couple to chill and relax. All amenities available and the bed was very comfy. Jane is a lovely host and was always on hand and provided us with very good local advice even for our journey home where we dropped in to Lyme Regis. Ty highly recommend. James and Gemma

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

Great position of Airbnb overlooking the water. Lots to see whilst relaxing on the balcony. Binoculars were a great extra! Apartment itself was very nice , fully fitted out kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy lounge area. Made for a relaxing break. Exmouth was excellent . Beautiful beaches, promenade and gardens. Town centre was nice to wander around too - with lots of places to eat/drink. We really enjoyed our short break in Exmouth and will definitely be back.

Primrose Studio is a lovely base for two to stay in Totnes, you only need to cross one road and you're in town. We booked it in particular because we wanted to walk the Dart Valley Trail from Totnes to Dartmouth. It was great to be able to get back from a long days walking and have a hot shower and then only have a short walk to some lovely places to have a drink and good food. We would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

The flat was spacious and very well equipped. We overlooked the harbour and had exceptionally easy access to the beaches and coast path in both directions. We liked having a dedicated parking space; this was very close to the flat which made unloading easy. West Bay is very pretty so there were many photographic opportunities. The people living locally were very friendly. There's a footpath to Bridport which made a walk into the town on Market Day very easy. Perfect for us!

Great garden flat in the center of Ashburton. Peaceful and secluded. Very comfortable king size bed and good quality linen. Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, small but very clean and neat. Clean well equipped kitchen. Fab lounge with comfy sofa. Courtyard garden is lovely! The only thing to possibly improve is to have a blackout blind to the bedroom window. Ashburton is lovely with some great pubs restaurants and cafes and great easy access to Dartmoor. Thanks Helen! Loved our stay x

Really lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. Pre arrival comms from Matthew made it easy. Found it a great base for visiting Shaldon, Torbay, and a longer trip to Blackpool Sands and Dartmouth which are both beautiful. Made good use of the Bodyboards in the apartment and the weather was kind. Great pubs on the back beach as well. Would recommend.

We had 8 nights at Jennifer's flat. It was just as we expected and very clean. Booking was easy and Jennifer was very helpful when we altered the booking. Exmouth was a great place for the South West Coastal Path walking that we had planned and also great for some chill days as well. We ate in lots of nights and the flat had everything we needed. There is a lovely view of the estuary from the living room. We also found nice bars and restaurants for the other evenings. Great place, would thoroughly recommend the town and Jennifer's flat. A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!

Hands down the best UK break we have had. Property is amazing, everything that you could wish for. Well equipped, perfect location for beach access too. Property owner communication was spot on too, would highly recommend to anyone considering a break in Woolacoombe.

What a beautiful place! Thank you so much Harriet for a wonderful break at Bankside Cottage! The cottage was well equipped, very clean and comfy with cosy blankets and crisp sheets. The outdoor space was so peaceful and beautiful - our two kids loved it. The pool was a massive plus and was lovely and warm! Plenty of parking, clear instructions and really friendly hosts. We will definitely be revisiting!
