Perfect Stay!!!! The place is adorable. It was spotless. The hosts were beyond great and were very proactive. Great location! Park, coffee, drinks, food, ice cream within walking distance. Will be returning.

My partner and I have stayed at the Loft and the guest house on Simon’s property, so when we saw this listing we knew we had to try it! Just like Simon’s other listings, this place was spotless, beautiful, and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. One of our days here was super hot and sunny, so the dual air conditioners and blackout curtains came in handy to make the entire space a comfortable temperature. The large soaking tub was a nice bonus!

Great place in a great area. Perfect for walking to either the hockey or the soccer venue.

This airbnb was perfect. The attention to detail was definitely appreciated. I also love a full body mirror. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

This place was great to stay at! A very nice part of town with lots to do and see and all within walking distance. A great cheaper way to get close to Columbus and see what the town has to offer and the place was sized great and well maintained, I felt very comfortable during the entire stay and slept well despite a couple of college hooligans about! I’d recommend this stay if you’re looking to explore Columbus. All the instructions before hand made me feel very comfortable and prepared when getting there, super proactive people managing this space.

The place was very clean, beautiful, and felt so much like a home. The house instructions were very simple and easy to follow. The location was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Joe and Ketevan were extremely responsive and checked in with us along the way. Things went very smoothly without any issues from check-in to checkout. I would have them as hosts again in the future!

My two adult daughters and I were visiting The Ohio State fair and wanted to stay the night to explore Columbus the next day. Jennifer's place was perfect for us! Not only is the location great!! The apartment was very thought out and she didn't leave out any details. So much character! The beds were so comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows! Highly recommended her place!

Jonniqua's Airbnb was absolutely amazing, clean, felt like a condo away from home. Great location with eateries right next door. Close to all that downtown has to offer. She was very helpful and caring about getting us checked in and any questions we had she responded right away. I give her and her Airbnb 10 stars!! Will definitely book with her again.

Great place to stay! Plenty of parking (a spot in driveway) and a big parking lot right next to it with cameras up so you can have peace of mind. Zaid responded very quickly and answered all of my questions. It was also really clean.. I honestly haven’t been in one that didn’t have weird smells or was a little sketchy so, hats off to these guys!!

Stayed for one night while visiting the city. Great location. The building is downtown and close to all kinds of bars, restaurants, and even groceries. The bed was comfortable. If there is any critique, it would just be that the curtains were not blackout, so the streetlights kept the room from being as dark as I’d like. Outside of that one thing, this was a perfect spot.

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It was walkable to restaurants, bars, and stores for last minute items. The host was also proactive and very clear with communication. Would book again.

A small and quite place perfect for one night stay, most cost efficient.

This is the second time our group has has spent a weekend in Columbus together and Charles’ place was awesome. We each had our own bed/ bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great house to be in. My tile crew and I stayed here and just loved the hot tub and all the room we had. 3 levels to roam around in. 3 bathrooms with showers all had great water pressure. Lots of privacy. A+

Can we just get a 👏🏼🙌🏼 for decent toilet paper!!! lol but seriously, the small things matter, so to other owners and yall, toilet paper thicker than 1 ply paper mache style matters!! Also the rest of the place was great! Comfy bed, super cute inside and nice location! would stay again😊

Very clean space and good driving distance from the middle of the city. Hot tub is a shared space and the walls are pretty thin so it’s easy to hear other guests even when they’re not being particularly loud. But overall great stay and nice place.
