We had a really wonderful and relaxing stay in Kate’s beautiful home. The house and garden are stunning. It was so peaceful and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Great walks, and the local nature reserve (Anton Lakes) was worth a visit. Kate was really friendly and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Beekeepers cottage, a cosy retreat by the stream

Such a lovely little find. Small and compact but with a lovely walk in shower. Really comfortable bed - such a quiet and peaceful night's sleep every time So very quiet, yet close to main routes. Pretty setting with a lovely pub within walking distance (about 7 minutes). Private parking space which is always a bonus.

This is a wonderful little annex, hidden away in the countryside with easy access to some great walks, Marlborough, Salisbury, and everything in the area. There are several great pubs very close by. Rosie is a wonderful host, providing all the details and help I needed.

The accommodation was lovely and clean, very comfortable and homely. It was the perfect distance to Thruxton circuit which was the reason for our stay. Louise was really helpful and provided tea/coffee and milk for our arrival. We will certainly stay here again. Thanks Louise. Sarah

The Annexe at Hillbury

AnnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What can I say other than WOW! As soon as we stepped inside ( handy to have key box to access when we arrived) we felt almost overwhelmed by this lovely property. Kitchen so well equipped with utensils, pots, pans and everything you could want. Lovely spacious shower room, all very clean, ample towels and even a non slip mat for shower. Bedroom well appointed, plenty of storage space, comfy bed, spotless bedding. Lounge very comfortable and clean. Outside space is great, some road noise but we tuned out of that and into the beautiful and plentiful bird song. Location is good, easy to find, not far from A303 Lisa is friendly and helpful and communication great both before and during our stay. She has thought of everything for in this annexe to her home. Only downside was we couldn’t stay a lot longer! We will definitely be back.

Stunning Country House in Hampshire

KatyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed our stay at this charming home in the heart of the English countryside! It’s just a scenic two-hour drive from London, with so many top sights—Bournemouth, Bath, Bristol, the Cotswolds, Stonehenge, Wilton House and quaint villages—all within about 90 minutes. The house itself is wonderfully spacious, with a quirky, historic layout that feels both cozy and full of character. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms and a full bath; there’s an additional bathroom downstairs. The beds and couch are all incredibly comfy, and the Wi-Fi is fast—perfect for remote work. Check out at Mayfly on the river (only a 20-minute drive)—fantastic food and views! The house/water can get chilly read the house manual and coordinate with host for prompt help with adjustments.
