Monthly Rentals in East Central Washington

We had a lovely time at Emilia's charming home. She was helpful and responsive in responding to some pre-arrival questions. The welcome binder had all the information a guest could want, including site-seeing and restaurant recommendations. We walked to the small beach at the end of the road and took in the awe inspiring sounds, views and smells of the Atlantic. We found sea glass and even --AMAZINGLY-- heard a whale spouting at night!! We woke one morning to find 5 deer resting and eating in the back and side yard--so peaceful! Definitely will be back if we're out that way again!

The house was amazing and more than we could imagine! It was a perfect getaway for us and our 4 legged child. We ate at The Public House in Machias and it was delicious! Definitely recommend going. Mason Brewery also in Machias was excellent. Quoddy Head State Park was a definite must see and only 3 miles from the house. The hiking was beautiful and was great for our pooch. We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you Bill and Teresa for a great stay! For a rustic little cabin, this was spotless. Very clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, clean fridge, etc. I'd suggest getting groceries in Calais or Eastport if planning to utilize the kitchen amenities as the area does not have a grocery store. The bed was super comfortable, the mattress being so comfy. Felt like memory foam. We had a great sleep after attending the Piratefest in Eastport. Cabin#7 is up on a hill and the breeze was nice and cool, and did I say QUIET? Most peaceful. Lots of fun fishing the pond for pickerel, using the complementary rowboat on the pond, and canoe for the river. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a rustic cabin experience. Once again, the place was very clean.

Our stay, while short, was great! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The sunset view with the mountains and water is just beautiful, and the firepit was a great touch.
