We are so grateful to Steve and Robin for such a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed, and the thoughtful touches—fresh bread, orange juice, milk, eggs, and of course, the wine—made us feel right at home. Feeding the animals was an absolute highlight, especially for our three-year-old daughter, who never wanted to leave. Thank you both again for your warm hospitality—we can’t wait to return!

This place far exceeded our expectations and it was the little, and often missed things that made the difference. The venue was exactly as described but the host includes the little touches which make a huge difference, which often go overlooked. In the kitchen there is chilled water in the fridge and sauces things like tomato and bbq sauce, white and brown sugar for tea and coffee as well as quality toiletries in the bathroom. I mention these touches as far too many places overlook the home comforts. The TV comes with free Netflix and all the other apps for you to log in on your account. The free wifi is 5G and you are even supplied with free Tom Tams and a bottle of Hunter valley wine upon arrival. Kym has impeccable taste and the place is immaculate with stylish design throughout. The property is close to most of the hunters main attractions. I have stayed in many Air Bnb places and this is right up there with the best in class. Well done Kym, a great experience!

This was our first Air BnB stay as a new family of 3, we had our 3 month old baby with us and Haley made the accomodation so comfortable for us , had a high chair and toys all ready ! The accomodation is exactly as listed , and the little touches that are there when you arrive make your stay a home away from home. Nothing was any trouble , and for over a weeks stay we could not of asked for any better. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !! 🤩

Had an amazing stay at Pammy's Place. Every room was clean and the space and furnishings are modern in a cosy home-away-from-home kind of way. These guys have literally thought of everything one could need for a relaxing getaway. Probably the most well organised airbnb I've ever stayed at. The little touches, like soft towels and linens and treats in the fridge on arrival make it feel like the luxe escape you were dreaming of. Easy to get to and well located to check out local vineyards and even the beautiful beaches of Newcastle. If you're looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, book it now!
