Monthly Rentals in East Baton Rouge Parish

Perfect location for our needs! The amount of space inside the guest house was enough for us as a couple. We appreciated the granite countertops, soft close cabinets, and easy slide drawers. There is a nice sized soaking tub with a shower. The bed is comfy and new. Tv is a nice size. Communication with the host was prompt and polite. They even provided a blender for us to use during our stay when we asked if one was available. We previously lived in BR and know the area very well. This is a safe neighborhood, it's close to everything, and it's quiet. There are many places to walk, including the Perkins Road Community Park around the corner. Quickly hop on either interstate from Essen Ln. Grab a bite at nearby restaurants or grocery shop off Perkins. This is a very nice Airbnb for the price and one of the better stays we have experienced. We will return! Thanks so much, Nick and Elizabeth!

Met our requirements for staying in Baton Rouge .. Easy walk to many eateries parking off street comfy bed AC worked perfectly.. loads of towels & shampoo/shower stuff .. didn’t cook anything however a toaster would have been nice .. 😊 Otherwise it appears to have a good supply of kitchen utensils if you do.

This space was cute and quaint. It was perfect for my needs. Thank you for the croissants and fresh flowers. That was a nice touch. I loved laying in the sun on the hammock. I love that they provided a bike. I rode it to downtown Baton Rouge and back. I also was excited about all the fruit trees. I picked fresh raspberries and grapefruit. As an animal lover, I enjoyed the cats as well. I would absolutely stay here again.
