Loft vacation rentals in East Austin

Our stay with Ally at Austin was great. Her place is super centric and located in a great neighborhood. The place was spotless and a special mention to the kitchen which was super equipped. We felt so comfortable at her space and would definitely recommend anyone wanting to visit Austin.

Book this place if you can! The photos don't do justice to the warmth, roominess, and nice design elements of this space. When initially looking, this place didn't quite capture my eye but on a second go around, I decided to book and am so glad I did. This place is truly like staying at a friend's guest house: thoughtful elements with fun and quirky decor. The interior has quality cabinetry, countertops, and appliances; great natural light; and a quiet and serene outdoors. Super clean space, quiet A/C, and an easy to operate door lock. Shelly has clearly put time and thought into making a well-equipped, relaxing, functional space. Would readily stay here again for short or long stays.

The hosts were very responsive and it made our stay very stress free. The place felt safe & was very close to the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Austin!

Great spot with easy access to downtown and lots of food options nearby. We’ll definitely be back!

What a great long weekend in Austin, Texas. Thank you Lee for your hospitality. The accommodations were just what we were looking for! My adult daughter slept in the loft and found it very comfortable. I slept downstairs on an inflatable air mattress. It more than suited my needs. I’ll admit I was initially worried that the location was a little far from where we wanted to explore, but there was a CapMetro e-bike stand a block away and next to a bike path that winds through most of Austin. For $11 each, we were allowed unlimited rides, provided they were less than 60 minutes each. This allowed us to explore up and down South Congress, downtown Austin, UT campus, state Capitol, state cemetery, LBJ library, Harry Ransom Center and numerous food and music destinations throughout Austin. When it wasn’t convenient to take bikes, we spent no more than $10-15 for a Lyft (not counting trip from and to airport). Could say more but space limited.

This was a very well appointed condominium with a a perfect location. It was easy to park the car and get around in the area. The owners were very responsive and the apartment was extremely clean. I highly recommend this.

My family had such a wonderful stay here at the treehouse! Teo was very helpful during the booking process and responding to our questions, and his dad Alfonso was the greatest host ... he helped us park our big van/trailer on the property and was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The property is lovely and very comfortable, and well equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was perfect for four of us, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the grounds. A good location for going into Austin too, but mostly we just preferred to stay at the house! Highly recommended and such wonderful hosts! We would love to come back! :)

The place was great. They didn’t send me the details for getting into the house until the day before, when I was very busy getting ready for the trip, which added to my stress and some confusion. Would be great if they sent that information a bit sooner.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tressa’s place in Austin. We had originally booked the smaller upstairs unit for four nights at Thanksgiving, but had some initial trouble with the WiFi, so Tressa had us take the larger main floor unit as it was not booked for those nights. It was a great space — loved the furnishings and art work and books! The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and shampoo, etc. was provided. The kitchen had all the basic things you need as well as coffee and tea and a few drinks in the fridge. When we are next able to return to Austin, I would book here again!
