Vacation rentals with a kayak in East Austin

Wonderful relaxing spot for a weekend getaway for 2 couples and two dogs! This place had everything and was the most stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Jennifer was very responsive and super nice and we all really loved the views and the comfortable porch to lounge around at. The hiking trails directly outside the house were an added bonus that the dogs loved as well!

This is the best Austin Airbnb we’ve stayed in yet! So convenient to everything, just a few blocks off Lamar… but in a quiet safe neighborhood. It felt like home from Day1. Definitely plan to stay here again!

We felt grateful to be able to stay here for a week. It was an inspiring place that was impeccably clean. The drawers had places for our food and clothes which I appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed all the great books and magazines to add to the relaxing ambiance. Highly recommend! Very communicative and gracious hosts. Trip tips: Loved the Vera Cruz tacos, wildflower center, and peter pan mini golf.

Sophie is the salt of the earth (healing)! She's the kindest host I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy! She left fresh fruit, flowers, and other items that really added just the nicest touch to our already incredible stay! The location is phenomenal. We walked to town lake, walked to Chuy's and Peter Pan Putt Putt. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortablenand the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet made it feel like a home away from home! Thanks again!

Great spot - super convenient and near everything! Easy access yet beautiful lake views. Highly recommend this place. Cute house and stocked with everything we needed- including coffee and creamer!

This was the perfect size for my small family. Everything we wanted to do in Austin was 15 minutes or less from our location. Excellent location!

Perfect place for our weekend in Austin. It had everything we needed. Its walkable to the lady bird trail and coffee. The location was ideal for us, close to downtown, south Austin and SoCo. We got a little lost initially navigating to the house via gps and finding the entrance but we figured it out and Adria was quick to respond. Thank you!

Jan’s place is exactly as described. The location couldn’t be better. Lots of places to eat, bars and music venues yet secluded enough to have privacy. Jan was very responsive and made our experience easy and comfortable. Very much recommended. Hope to stay again in the future.

Loved it here! This was a great find. It was a nice clean room overlooking the river and was on very pretty grounds alongside other rentable cabins. The Spicewood location right on the Pedernales and along lake travis was wonderful, truly waterside with easy access to the kayaks/canoes/paddleboards which you can rent through Travis quickly and conveniently. After sunset I had plenty of room to set up my telescope and had a great view of the moon and stars over the water. It’s right down the street from Krause and several other hillcountry gems. Great host. I’d totally come back.

Absolutely beautiful spot! It truly was a birder’s delight in late April. Walking down into the creek was magical and it made us so happy to see our suburb dog going wild running in the water :) the house itself has so many spots to enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and large windows. Plus plenty of seating down in the property while you explore.

Great stay!! Very comfortable for family of four. The park access was excellent for swimming and enjoying the river! Lots of deer activity every day. Thanks again hopefully be back soon!!

The Stone Cottage is a fabulous place to stay when exploring the Texas Hill Country. The home and surroundings are beautiful and everything during our stay was top notch. Great communication, super location, easy to find and check in, comfortable beds and furnishings, and a fantastic pool, large and clean - a bit chilly at first but great in the afternoon heat!

Travis is an IMMACULATE host and human. Living Waters is paradise; talk about pure bliss! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at BY FAR for the price, and it is the first time I’ve ever stayed on a property for the entire trip, simply because it had that much to offer. Whether you’re into yoga, nature walks, wild animals, trees, campfires, kayaking, or so many other outdoor/indoor activities, you’re going to love this place. We were fully present every second, taking in every bit of nature we could for the one day we booked. We stayed Easter night and it felt like we were camping in a prime location; there were no people in site! The property was overwhelmingly beautiful, and paddle-boarding on the river made it that much better. The river views were simply stellar. We certainly did not want to leave the following morning. This place is worth booking for multiple nights, trust me. We’re going back as soon as possible; we have a lot more exploring and kayaking to do. Gratitude!

Sharon was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcomed! She was available to answer any and all of my questions. I cannot wait to stay at her "Cabin In the woods" again!!!! And I absolutely LOVED her zebra!! 🦓

This place was incredible. Me and my boys had the best time here for the weekend. Deby is a great host and very accommodating. We even got a delicious key lime pie delivered from Deby. Can’t wait to visit again.

Very nice place that everyone enjoyed including the kids! Close to everything but secluded enough to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The creek behind the property is beautiful and everyone enjoyed the amenities that were included.

Great for kids, we had two families stay and felt like we had plenty of space. The kids loved the cowboy pool and play area! Took a kayak out one of the days to Jessica Hollis park. Beautiful home! Thank you for sharing.
