Vacation rentals with lake access in East Austin

Great place--comfortable and cute. One feature that isn't played up in the listing is a great little seating area outside that is covered and shaded--great place to work or hang out. It is a 30-minute walk to downtown or a cheap Uber, so it is both accessible and removed.

Stayed for a business trip. After a long days work the team enjoyed being able to cook, watch tv, play some games, and enjoy their own private space. Lisa is so kind and helpful she made our stay even better. Will stay again if back in the area.

The Airbnb was amazing, clean, and had everything you would need for your stay. Candance communicated everything before our arrival and even checked in proactively during our stay. There was some tree service taking place next door and she prepared us accordingly before they started. All in all, great host and a great place to stay!

George was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our group meeting up to come to a wedding. it's a great space for hanging out!

Had a lovely stay! This property is like a little oasis right in the city. It has nice artistic touches and a friendly host. It was walkable to some great cafes/restaurants and easy to grab a quick Uber right out front to places further away. The cute animals in the yard were the cherry on top. This place was truly wonderful. My colleagues and I stayed here in Austin, and the neighborhood was great, very walkable to downtown and the convention center. Cool restaurants around and easily accessible for Uber/Lyft.

This was a great place to stay - it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! It was great to come back after a long day of work and eat dinner on the balcony and just relax.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, entertainment, and within walking distance to some awesome outdoor activities. The host provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, which made check-in and the overall stay super smooth. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment was so gorgeous and I felt right at home almost immediately. JG was super accommodating and helpful, and it’s a huge bonus to have him in the same building so he’s on hand if there are any problems (fortunately I didn’t have any!) Super convenient in every sense of the word, and I loved my stay. The only compunction I have in recommending it is that I don’t want it to be too booked up next time I’m in town!

Friendly and accommodating host, comfortable bed and nicely furnished, 5 minutes to Barton Springs pool, 10 minute walk to Zilker Park and Barton Springs restaurant row, 1Gb google fiber to the unit with a big enough table to use as a work desk. Reserved parking space, C-store at end of block, quiet area, no complaints, everything was great. If I needed to stay in south Austin I would stay here again.

This is our second stay and we are very happy with the location and the comfort of the condo. Everything is convenient and the condo is well stocked with everything you may need, plus many stores and restaurants are within a short walking distance.

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was immaculate, did not spot a single stain or dust bunny anywhere. The hosts provided important supplies that I greatly appreciated as somebody who flew into Austin from Chicago. Bathroom had plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were water bottles, modelos and wine in the fridge when I checked in. The unit was also very spacious especially for a studio, and the desk had plenty of space for my laptop, portable monitor and other belongings. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Comfortable neighborhood that was close to the action but also very quiet at night. Within a 15-20 minute walk of much of East Austin's finest establishments, and about a 10 minute uber from downtown. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Simon’s place was centrally located. Many transportation options were easily accessible. He was also very responsive whenever we had a question. Upon arrival his place was spotless as well! He paid attention to the smallest details, and provided an array of accommodations that were greatly appreciated. Definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in town ! Thank you Simon !

We were very comfortable in April’s house. It has a nice clean, open, airy feeling. Nicely decorated and the deck looks out to the water in Murphy Park, a nice place to take a walk. I loved taking care of her three chickens too!

Absolutely beautiful spot! It truly was a birder’s delight in late April. Walking down into the creek was magical and it made us so happy to see our suburb dog going wild running in the water :) the house itself has so many spots to enjoy the views from a wrap around porch and large windows. Plus plenty of seating down in the property while you explore.

Great stay!! Very comfortable for family of four. The park access was excellent for swimming and enjoying the river! Lots of deer activity every day. Thanks again hopefully be back soon!!

great host, beautiful home and right next to the lake if you wanna swim, I would definitely recommend staying here especially if your wanting to visit austin.

The Stone Cottage is a fabulous place to stay when exploring the Texas Hill Country. The home and surroundings are beautiful and everything during our stay was top notch. Great communication, super location, easy to find and check in, comfortable beds and furnishings, and a fantastic pool, large and clean - a bit chilly at first but great in the afternoon heat!

John's unit, located within Barton Creek Lakeside, is just great. Well furnished with everything one might need and actually is even more lovely than the pictures present. Very comfortable in all ways. We rented both sides to this duplex for a family gathering and it could not have worked out more perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Really nice.

What a delight it was to stay at Flamingo Cottage! Cozy and beautifully decorated with a county flair, it was the perfect accommodations for our daughter's wedding at Blissful Hill, a grand venue in itself with incredible service all around with the platinum package. We also rented the 13 bed, 8 bath Villa, across the driveway, for our large family, and it was the best accommodations ever! Kudos to Blissful Hill and all their lovely places to stay!
