Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in East Aurora

Great location (close to the airport but quiet and peaceful). Very spacious and super clean!! The owner provided us ample daily necessities which made our trip like being home. Many thanks to them and will definitely come back again if we are back to Buffalo.

The apartment had great touches: free street parking, K-Cups, clean towels, a bidet, two strong A/C window units, in-unit laundry, and it was sparkling clean. It’s walking distance to BreadHive Bakery & Cafe, and check-in was easy thanks to the host’s clear, detailed instructions. We appreciated having everything we needed for a short stay. Some things to note: the bathroom is very small, the staircase to the unit is extremely steep, and a Mercedes in the driveway made bringing in luggage tricky. The bedroom blinds were partially broken, so expect early morning light. There was also loud construction next door during our stay. While I wouldn’t recommend Buffalo in general—my cousin was robbed at gunpoint just over a mile away—we felt safe and comfortable here. If you’re staying in Buffalo, this is a solid choice with a unique artwork style.

My stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient—just a short 30-minute drive from Niagara Falls—which made day trips really easy. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and perfect for a group of four to six. My friends and I had an incredible time relaxing, cooking, and enjoying each other's company. The host, Candy, was outstanding—very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Communication was quick and seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway near Niagara. We’d definitely love to come back!

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

Jo was very kind, helpful, easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. The beds were super comfy and the little "extras" like coffee and a few dinks made the stay enjoyable. Lovely location and had surrounding peaceful and beautiful property. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

I was skeptical at first to stay in a small town Airbnb instead of a hotel room. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean, quaint and cutely decorated the space was. It was very comfortable and well stocked, would highly recommend staying!

This was my family's second stay at this lovely home and we can't wait to go back. The house is in a cute neighborhood that is quiet but also within easy walking distance of ice cream and little restaurants. You can be at Niagara Falls in less than an hour. It was perfect for our family of 6. See you next year!

We were in town for a wedding. Was great to have our adult kids in one place with us rather than hotel rooms. Ground level is really nice, cozy and spacious. Kitchen large. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated room darkening curtains. Note that 4th “bedroom” has 0 privacy. It is actually the landing at the top of the stairs. We didn’t need to use it so it was fine. Michele is super responsive.

This was our 2nd time staying at Phil’s place and it was as good as the first. Clean, welcoming and conveniently located, along with a great communicative host made this stay very enjoyable. Thank you Phil! We highly recommend this rental for your next trip to Buffalo.

We loved Marks place. My husband and I rented it so we had a place to stay for our daughter’s wedding at Nottinghill Farms this past weekend. Having Marks air BNB allowed us to have the perfect spot to get ready for our daughter’s wedding. Marks home is directly across the street from the venue. It was such a time saver. Our daughter and her bridesmaids were all able to have their hair and makeup done the morning of the wedding. Our hair and makeup ladies loved the lighting in the living room and dining room. The large master closet was the perfect spot for Emily to hang her gown. Thank you Mark for being an amazing host. We told everyone at the reception to definitely rent your place if they chose to have a wedding at Nottinghill Farms. From booking all the way thru until our checkout time, Liz has been a welcoming and helpful host. We were a group of nine visiting the Buffalo area for a UB graduation and wanted accommodations that were warm, inviting and most of all spacious for such a large group. We enjoy cooking and hosting and the open concept living space in Liz's space for our needs perfectly. the kitchen was well equipped and maintained, the appliances and cookware were like new and of excellent quality. Everyone in our bunch raved about our rental and loathed having to leave. Liz, we look forward to staying at one of your rentals in the near future! We were looking for a one night quick in and out trip for a family celebration of life in Arcade. This place was convenient with a great location for what we needed. Wish we had found it sooner for when we came to town in the past!
