Monthly Rentals in East Amwell Township

It was amazing two months stay, feels like being at my home. Host was very friendly and responsive. There is nothing complain about the place, it was very peaceful, private and good neighborhood. I recommend this place.

Jason's home was absolutely gorgeous! It was extremely spacious, so beautifully decorated, so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need!! It was the perfect place for our special gathering with such beautiful surroundings. Jason was extremely accommodating and so helpful, responsive and proactive in making this one of the best Airbnb stays we ever had!! Jason was an outstanding host !! We would absolutely love to go back and stay in this most charming spacious and peaceful home!!

As others have said before us, Ian’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs, and really almost perfect, period. It was warm and cozy (seen the weather wasn’t), comfortable for 3 people and within walking distance of many great restaurants. We were in town for our son’s wedding in New Hope, and had waited too long to book something in New Hope. This was a quick and easy 20 minute drive down a beautiful rural road. Home was immaculate with a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furniture. Ian was very communicative with us and was a great host. If there was any minor complaints…one is from my niece. She stayed in the front bedroom, closest to the street. She said the bed was very hard and could use a topper. The only other issue, and we think it really needs to be repaired. It was very difficult to lock the door we used to enter and exit the house. We were made aware of it at check-in, but we still had to call Ian for clarification when we were unable to lock the door in either direction.

Everything about my experience with Mark was quick, clear, professional, friendly, and helpful. The price-quality ratio is very hight. I would stay there again if I were in the area.
