The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Our fully renovated house is in a great location. A short walk to the town centre and the popular Arrow River. The location and position also attracts the sun all year round. There is excellent indoor/outdoor living and is well equipped for your stay. There is also a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing. It is very handy to the 4 Square Shop and at the end of the street there is a playground. For those wanting to exercise there are a number of walking and biking tracks close by.

Our three-storey 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home has views of the Remarkables mountains and is nestled against a forest and stream backdrop. Our house has off-street parking, a backyard deck, a gas fire, a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor BBQ, a pool table, and toys and games for the kids. Close to everything but tranquil enough to relax - just a 7-minute drive to the Airport and Frankton shops; a 6-minute drive to Queenstown; and 30 minutes to the Coronet or Remarkables ski fields and bike trails.

This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom modern architecturally designed house has been well thought out with great indoor and outdoor living areas and spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. With two outdoor dining and lounge areas both with overhead heaters you are spoilt for choice as to which view you wish to enjoy at any part of the day as well as being warm and dry no matter what the season. If that isn't enough the house also boasts an outdoor spa pool with views of the Remarkable Mountains.

This one level home enjoys an elevated position, its spacious, inviting & all about the views. This home Also has wheelchair access and accessible bathrooms.
