Enjoy the outdoor space, nearby vineyards and orchards, and local cafes. On offer is the classic quintessential kiwi holiday cottage. Ideal for a couple through to 6 guests with 7 beds (two top bunks have sleeping bags only). Not high end but an extremely functional cosy cottage type property where you could cook a roast or have an outdoor BBQ! Most beds near new. Plenty of hot water via a shower with great pressure. Air-conditioned and MYSKY TV. Room for the boat or caravan in the rear yard or a game of holiday cricket. Rate includes cleaning fee. Great value here.

It should be noted that we do not have a full kitchen, but provide a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small fridge for your convenience

After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. Your well behaved dog is welcome too!

A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.

Our newly built stylish, temporary apartment is warm, sunny, & surrounded by an established garden with 80 year old fruit trees. We have a fully functioning kitchen, an underfloor heated tiled bathroom, with full bath to ease those aching muscles after a long ride on the local Rail Trails. Two super comfy Super King beds.
