Vacation rentals with a patio in Eantio

Nous étions très bien dans cette appartement bien propre et bien aménagé. Nous étions de passage pour prendre notre bateau de croisière au port du Pire . La facilité d’accès de l’aéroport par le métro ont fait que nous avons porté notre choix sur l’appartement d’Andreas . Le logement était bien situé entre le port de plaisance pour des belles promenades et le port maritimes. Des bons restaurants typiques grecs sont proches . Bref un chouette endroit.

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ίσως και καλύτερο! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική και ήσυχη, ιδανική για ξεκούραση. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός, φιλόξενος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας και σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

I booked this place last minute because we wanted to be near the airport for our flight out. The location is perfect, and was surprised how big and spacious the place is. We had already returned our rental car but there’s restaurants not far and a taxi cost about 5 euros each way. We ate at Miteran (not sure on spelling) that was amazing. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Anastasia is an exceptional and thoughtful host. Her studio is exactly as pictured and is one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. The patio enhances the studio with privacy and a comfortable place to eat or relax among her plantings. The location is a short walk from the ferry and walkable for beach, port , shopping and restaurants. She sent specific instructions for entry and many tips on enjoying our stay. Also sent us up to date ferry schedules reducing the stress of getting there. Highly recommended!! Thank you Anastasia.

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the apartment. It was really nice and we enjoyed our stay. The team were wonderful and efficient.

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

If you wish to be in the heart of Aegina's capital, this is the place to be! This traditional flat from wood and stone is located at the picturesque centre of the city, just a few meters from the seaside promenade and walking distance from all the restaurants, cafés and shops! Although the flat is located in the middle of the old town and all restaurants and places are really next to it, noise is not a problem since the sound insulation windows are really efficient. The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 normal bedroom with a bathroom located next to it) and an open space kitchen and sitting room. All the rooms are A/C equipped. The flat is ideal for a group of friends, totalling 3 or 4 people. It goes without saying that one will need to rent a car in order to discover the island's turquoise beaches and to explore Athena's temple. This is a very rare find, indeed!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

Short stay but great stay! so beautiful cant wait to come back Very responsive host and so helpful even organised milk for my son which i really appreciate :)

The apartment was spacious, bright, and clean, with a modern design. The view from the place was beautiful, and the neighborhood is right in the heart of the area, with everything within walking distance. The hosts were responsive, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Fantastic host — so helpful and easy to communicate with. Welcomed us when we arrived which was a lovely touch & arranged transport for us. The apartment is beautiful — really cool stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

L'appartement était parfait! Il correspondait complètement à nos attentes (à moi et mon compagnon). On est restés deux nuits, mais l'appartement a absolument tout le nécessaire pour un long séjour. La terrasse est encore plus ample que sur les photos et les vues sont très belles (très agréable le soir, après une balade sous le soleil). Aussi, il y a plein de bonnes tavernes, des cafés et des bars très proches. L'arrêt de métro Kerameikos est à 5 minutes à pied et il est direct depuis l'aéroport. Notre hôte était vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Comme il n'y avait pas eu de location avant nous, nous avons pu faire le check-in plus tôt et il a pensé à allumer l'air conditionné 2 heures avant notre arrivée, par un jour de très fortes chaleurs. Ce sont des détails que nous avons apprécié énormément et qui ont rendu notre voyage encore plus agréable. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour nos prochains voyages à Athènes.
