This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

It also welcomes a brand new outdoor shower w/ changing room. A great deck w/ both a sitting & dining area. Beds have nice foam mattresses. Pull out couch bed is also high-quality foam bed.
