This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

This newly renovated 2 BR house is on the Bay and has a Modern kitchen, outside front deck or you can use common outdoor lounge area on the bay. Located across the street from restaurants, the Cove bar, St George's Pub, Acme and stores! ... or you can use the gas grill. Only a 2 minute drive to Atlantic City. This property accepts dogs! Wonderful winter get away- Spring and Summer open

1/2 block to the beach, on LBI, open and bright space, beautiful ground level porch for AM sun and people watching. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream. PLEASE NOTE 7/10/2026 to 8/28/2026- Friday to Friday rentals only.
