Our time at Kathy's place was very nice. We were looking for a quiete place to have some time for us and this place really gives you time for that. I loved to sit at the veranda and to watch all the birds flying around in the garden. We could pick oranges and zitrones everyday. A beautiful place to be and see birds, nature, enjoy Valladolid and other magical towns, cenotes, pyramids without being in the noise of cars and people. Monica and Marylin are proactive hosts and are available for everything you need. I really enjoyed being here with the family.

Great place to stay. Big comfy beds, really nice bed linens. The AC in the bedrooms are really good, but the living room only has a fan, so it wasn't as chill and nice. The kitchen is not big, but enough for basic cooking. we stayes for 3 nights with kids, and it was really good.

The house exceeded our expectations. We were 3 couples and both the rooms with their respective bathrooms and the common areas were very comfortable. The location is also remarkable, although we had a car, the house is 10 blocks from downtown and 3 blocks from the municipal market. There are oxxo stores and open shops where you can find everything. It was an excellent starting point to visit Chichen-Itzá and the cenotes, as they are just under 1 hour away by car. I recommend the place and would book it again. The host left shampoo, soaps, water, sweets, details that are to stand out and we did not need to buy anything at check-in. Thank you very much Cesar!
