Wonderful vacation with super comfortable beds, everything very clean, they have several great chairs for the beach, very well-equipped and comfortable kitchen, very large refrigerator👍🏼, everything super clean, we had a great time

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

A very nice place, in front of the beach we really enjoyed the pool and the location is very good, the only thing that failed was the hot water during the stay as there was, until the last day. Outside of that, everything is excellent.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat is spacious and in a quiet location—we were the only guests apart from the friendly staff. The pool is lovely, and the beach is beautiful and full of mussels. Several great restaurants are only a 10-minute drive. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

We spent 5 nights at this place outside Conkal. We have felt always welcome, Stan and Sherry were always helpful when we needed them and assisted us in every way. We would love to stay here again sometime 😊

GREAT STAY! It is very peaceful place. The place is completely worth the place because of the location, the view. It has all the equipment of a house that is needed for a good stay. Sofía always answered my questions and that left me quiet. I would definitely go again.

Oscar and Raquel were always very friendly and helpful. We rented the Villa for my little brother's birthday and it was better than we expected. Very comfortable, spacious, with everything you need to make your stay amazing. We had an oversight after hours when we stopped being their guests, but they always treated us with that quality of service that makes them 10-star hosts. If you have the chance to rent here, don't think about it so much🙆🏻‍♂️ Thank you for everything!

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!
