Monthly Rentals in Dutch Kills

Loved the place. A very large and very well equipped apartment. I felt right at home and Jenifer was a great host who was very responsive and sent me lots of activity suggestions for NYC. I also loved the Sunnyside neighborhood which is a quiet and residential area 10-15 min walk from the 7 train. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby.

We really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend it to other travelers. The location and proximity to the subway were perfect for our needs. The views from our room were stunning. I appreciated the accuracy of the listing and things to know before booking, like the subway noise. We stayed for a week and eventually got used to it, but we were prepared. A couple of personal preference notes: 1) there was not enough light in the living room, and the bed was kind of uncomfortable. I prefer a softer bed, but again, personal preference. Overall, it is a great place, and I would stay here again.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 months and had a great time. The commute to Manhattan is super fast, especially to midtown. Everything in the apartment was as described.

Lena's apartment is modern, clean and stylish with amazing riverfront view. It's a pleasant stay and Lena remained responsive throughout for our inquiries and needs. There's no in-unit washer/dryer but the laundry room is located on the same floor, so still very convenient. The area is very safe and within walking distance to grocers, ferry, train station, restaurants and breweries. Highly recommend.
