Very helpful and cooperative host. The property is good size and located in a quiet neighborhood. Just keep in mind to have your own backup internet, as the Wifi is not reliable and strong enough.

Erkin is a great host. He was very responsive and went out of his way to make me feel at home. He recommended things to do in the atea and helped me get tickets with a tour group to Iskanderkul. His wife cooked a delicious meal that I shared with another guest in his house. Erkin helped me get a taxi at 1:00 am. To the airport. I was very happy to have stayed at his guesthouse. I highly recommend his place for solo travelers as well as family and friends.

A great and relaxing space. We enjoyed our 3 weeks here very much. Gulguna from the outset was a great communicator. All questions prior to booking answered super fast and after our arrival the great communication continued. The apartment is in a great central location, you won’t need to take a taxi or bus at all and right next door is a great supermarket plus ATM which we had no issue using. We found the bed comfortable, AC units worked very well, kitchen amenities were sufficient for us, plenty of hot water for 2 people to shower and on arrival the apartment was nice and clean. You are among many families in this building and surrounding buildings, kids are playing in the courtyard but it never was too loud to bother us and in fact makes for a better experience to be among local families.

Highly recommended if you are in Dushanbe for a few days. You could easily spend a week or longer. The apartment is very spacious.

Firuz was quick to respond. His flat is very comfortable and lovely. Decent supermarket across the street, we didn’t try it but a cafe in the same building. Definitely recommend, we were sad to leave.
