Beautiful and very comfortable place in a convenient location, less than 1h30 from Krakow and close to Tatras moutains. The house is lovely, with tasteful decor and lots of small details that make the house even more homely, like well chosen books and games. Great communication with Anna. I would highly recommend the place

Zuzanna is a great host: quick to respond & hugely helpful. The property itself is in a stunning location and very peaceful. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. A few suggestions as to how it could be made even better - these are meant to be constructive rather than critical! It would be great if guests could control the temperature of the property themselves. It was cold outside (-10) but we don't like a hot house, and as we couldn't control the thermostat ourselves, we had to keep messaging Zuzanna to ask her to adjust it. She was super fast to help but I wish we hadn't needed to bother her. It would also have been great to have a washing machine! And one final point: there is a double bedroom downstairs, and beds for up to four people upstairs. "Upstairs" is in fact really a mezzanine accessed by an almost vertical ladder staircase. We were fine but families with small children / elderly relatives would have really struggled - this isn't in the photos.

The listing was the same as the pictures. We went with 7 of us, the smallest room had a small double bed, 2 people couldn't fit on it! We would recommend it for 6 people!! The owner was helpful. The accommodation is located on a mountain top, it has to be counted! It was last minute about caucus..

Leszek's cottage is a real gem for those looking for comfort and peace in a mountain setting. Well-equipped, modern, and well-maintained, the owner takes care of every detail. Biggest strengths? Definitely a relaxation area! The sauna, hot tub, and cold water bale are perfect after a day on the mountain trails. The location also has its advantages – although the cottage is a little further from Zakopane, in return we get peace, quiet and lack of crowds. There's no problem with the lines in the shops or the noise of tourists. It's a great option for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and fully enjoy the mountain atmosphere. All in all, a perfect getaway in both summer and winter!

An extraordinary place overlooking the mountains very close to the city of Zakopane. Super location close to everywhere. In the area, local traditional backyards where highlanders produce oscypki . The perfect place especially for families with children. Playground and various activities! For adults, there is also a fire pit, a pool, a grill, a terrace. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful highlander-style cottage with a very high standard. Beautiful wood finishes. Very clean. The owners were very helpful and connected. The cottage is for 10 people, but it has one bathroom, so it can be a little disruptive with more people. We were 6 adults plus 2 kids and we made it😁. I really recommend it ! Incredible place !Spectacular views around the place. Beautiful wooden traditional house with all necessary equipment. Located very close to Zakopane. There is also few restaurants and grocery shops. Great place and beautiful cottage. Perfect! Well-maintained, clean, lots of space, and a beautiful neighborhood. Both for a weekend with friends and a family with children. There are even children's books and toys in the house.

A charming cottage, well-equipped, gave us a comfortable stay. The host took great care of our comforts. The welcome was incredibly welcoming, and the nice refreshments made our stay even more enjoyable. We have also been offered attractive discounts for local attractions. Highly recommended!

Wonderful,picturesque place,beautiful view. Hostess Marta is responsive. Near the house you can relax on the terrace,but I didn't like that many wasps are constantly flying,which the child was afraid of and when you open the window, wasps and flies fly,that is, there are no mosquito nets. I want to recommend Marty to put in sun loungers,a swing, or a trampoline and also not enough pool. The house was big and comfy. The two rooms had super beds and the others couldn't sleep on the pull out couches. If these moments are not important,they will love it,I recommend it!

That was a very fulfilling experience, the place was amazing, the bidet was a very considerate touch, we wished we stayed longer time, and definitely we will be back again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super friendly, accommodating and responsive host. You’ll get a beautiful view of the High Tatras from the rooms, the driveway and garden are huge and the location is perfect - most attractions within 15mins drive, super clean, spacious and modern house. It’s 10 minutes drive from Tesco and Lidl. The kitchen has everything from toaster to coffee machine, there are some spices for cooking and basics like sugar, salt, coffee beans, etc. This place is amazing for friends trips, but also for families with children of all ages. The jacuzzi is charged extra so just ask about that before your arrival - it’s definitely worth it and the perfect way to relax after a good hike or some sight seeing. Showers are powerful with plenty of hot water and there is also a bathtub. I’ll be recommending this place to all of my friends and family and hopefully we’ll be back too. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very comfortable suite for family, good quiet place. There are shops and a bus stop nearby. Not far to drive into town by car. Very responsive host. My family and I stayed very satisfied and definitely recommend to families.

A little off the beaten path, but everything is within easy reach: and shops, bank, restaurants, mountains, forest and river. I was alone with my dog and I rested. A very welcoming and helpful host. The only downside is the lack of a fence (due to my curious dog, who could not be let out alone 🤭 because there are chickens and other dogs in the neighborhood), but I knew about it before... Overall, I recommend, beautiful neighborhood, clean cottage, small but comfortable 😊

Kasia is a wonderful host. She was very responsive to our questions before we even made the booking. When we arrived, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and this helped settle us in very quickly and easily. Throughout the stay, she was always at hand to answer our queries or assist us, such as by heating up the house before we are back after a full day out. Kasia also made sure to check in on us regularly to ensure that our stay was going well, and even watched out for us when we told her we were going winter hiking in Tatras National Park. Her warmth and sincerity made us feel like we were staying over at a friend’s place. The house was nice and warm for winter, and nicely decorated for Christmas. The fireplace was great. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. Overall it made for a nice relaxing stay over the year end holidays. Thank you Kasia for a wonderful stay :)

Great for a ski trip with friends. Cat friendly, there is a dart in the living room. 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen. Also quite nice view.

Great place, perfect for a package of friends and families with children. Great amenities, the place is about 40min from the center of Zakopane, about 45min from the entrance to the trail in Kuznice. The only downside is that the description of the stay does not include an additional fee for the use of the hot tub - 150 PLN (we stayed in the property for one night).
