Great location in the centre of the city. Could be tricky to find the entrance when you first arrive as there is a shop with the same door number in the main street just round the corner from the unpaved private lane you need to enter to find the apartment. Fortunately Manuel was watching out for our arrival and came out to meet us. Lots of space inside, quiet area at night. Huge washer and dryer in separate laundry room. We enjoyed Durango and would happily stay with Annie and Manuel again

Excelente servicio, muy amables todos y atentos a nuestras peticiones. Lo recomiendo bastante ✨. Muy bonito, cómodo, limpio todo, zona tranquila. La terraza muy cómoda, todos los utensilios que se ocupaban, están a la mano.

This is a great place in a safe and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I spend a few days there for a work-vacation. It's very comfortable furnished, a nice separate office area, and a spacious and a well equipped kitchen (at least for small meals, we didn't cook too much). There are some great restaurants and a nice supermercado nearby. We would recommend Alberto's place and definitely go there again, if we end up going to Durango again.

Nos sentimos como en casa, los anfitriones muy amables, siempre al pendiente con respuesta rápida y útil, recomiendo la casa.

Aldo es un gran host. Amigable, atento y te hace sentir en casa. Aldo pagó mi primera hora de estacionamiento en la calle en lo que lograba registrarme en la app de parkimetros, gran detalle de su parte. El lugar está frente a uno de los lugares top 10 restaurantes de Durango según trip advisor y a unas cuantas cuadras del primer cuadro de la ciudad, muy buena ubicación cerca del centro pero aún en una calle tranquila y cómoda. La propiedad tiene todo lo que requieres, muy cómoda y limpia. Definitivamente volvería con Aldo.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, Lissett al pendiente de cualquier necesidad.
