It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with all the amenities, solar and gas boiler, smart TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchenette, washing machine and shared covered garage with electric gate. Sleeps 1 - 4 people. Excellent location; hospital 5 minutes away, central bus station and shopping mall 10 minutes away, historic center 20 minutes away, Oxxo, pharmacy and public transport one block away. 💯% Family ATMOSPHERE. Quiet and prestigious area, excellent for resting.

40 year-old modern house beautifully restored. Interesting architecture/original wooden details are seen throughout the place. Attention to decor/comfort. House meticulously cleaned Security cameras located outside the property and in the back yard. Car rental recommended House is 10 minutes to the center of the city. Uber reliable but not so much on major holidays. *NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE *NO PARTIES ALLOWED *POOL EQUIPMENT NOT FOR GUESTS TO ACTIVATE/HANDLE

Excellent location, very central, a 3-minute walk from the Bicentennial Cultural Center and Convention Center, and also within walking distance of Guadiana Park, Historic Center, Paseo Constitución where you will find restaurants, bars, souvenirs,banks,main offices. The house is cozy, is on two floors, has a private bathroom inside the room , a large closet, the room is large with lots of light. Shared areas, TV room, kitchen, laundry room, terrace .

A modern kitchen features dark cabinetry with decorative tile backsplash. Large windows provide natural light, complementing the stainless steel appliances. A central island offers additional prep space, while a variety of kitchen tools and equipment are neatly arranged on countertops.

Excellent service from Olivia! Always very attentive, her house is beautiful, super helpful, her family wonderful, and excellent communication. Highly recommended!!!

A well-lit room contains two twin beds, each dressed with light linens and colorful accent pillows. A bedside lamp provides illumination, and a spacious wooden wardrobe is visible in the background. A soft, multi-colored rug adds comfort to the wooden floor.

Olivia was very kind at all times. Even before we arrived home he helped us orient ourselves in the city. Her house is very familiar as she lives with her children which makes it more pleasant. The house is large, clean and quiet, which makes it more welcoming. It is applied when following the rules of the house which makes it even better. Thank you Olivia for your help and allow us to stay in your house.
