The place is nice, quiet and very comfortable, the house has everything you need and everything is very clean and in excellent condition, we felt right at home, highly recommended!

Spacious home with nice furniture and a beautiful patio/garden area. The area is peaceful and there are many nice options for shopping for groceries. Taxis and buses are a short walk away.

It's a nice place, the location is good. If you have small children, it is not suitable, as it has stairs. Your host was attentive. Super easy check-in. Maybe there was one thing that I thought didn't match what was stated in the ad, but everything else was very good.

The house is in a quiet area, Durango itself gives the feeling of being safe... well located for us in terms of work less than 10 minutes from everywhere, although it is an old residence with modest furniture, the space is cozy, and you can hardly hear any noise from the street. We'll be back.

The house is located in a very safe private area and close to the Portal shopping plaza where you can find convenience stores, restaurants, a gym, a cinema, and clothes stores, so that's a plus. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

This is a great place in a safe and quiet neighborhood. My husband and I spend a few days there for a work-vacation. It's very comfortable furnished, a nice separate office area, and a spacious and a well equipped kitchen (at least for small meals, we didn't cook too much). There are some great restaurants and a nice supermercado nearby. We would recommend Alberto's place and definitely go there again, if we end up going to Durango again.

The apartment is minimalist, tidy and clean. It's super close to Durango town centre. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.
