You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Apartment in a wonderful location & great mountain views

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Cozy apartment in the old town of Kempten

A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 20 euros a day.

The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment is ideal for 2 people (maximum 4 people) and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden floor and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Shopping is very close. Infants also cost us 5€ per night. This fee is additionally due upon a reservation and will be charged by us by changing the reservation.

From here you can quickly reach the mountains, lakes and castles.
