very well located, taxi available at the bottom of the building at any time of the day. small very welcoming restaurant opposite the corner of the street. 10mn walk from the copacabana square and ipanema. beautiful views, concierge during the day. secure building. I recommend it for a group! we were 9 with each our spaces.

we love the stay and come back, we need a quiet place to rest and for us this is being our refuge. quiet place, where we can make our barbecue and still catch a sun with a delicious shower to refresh ourselves, and in case something is missing there is a huge supermarket in front of everything we need.

I have no words to describe the amazing weekend we spent at Lucila's house. The place is simply wonderful: spacious, spotlessly clean, fragrant, fully equipped and a real immersion in culture. Beautiful place, with lots of fruit trees and a cozy outdoor area. Lucila, the host, is a charming, super-intelligent, friendly person and always willing to help. It was an unforgettable experience. The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've stayed in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one was definitely one of the most amazing so far. The house is very well maintained, you can see in every detail the affection that the owner has for the house. The house is well-equipped, it has all possible utensils. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is in a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take great care of the house, as the owners do and as we did during our stay. Anyway, we loved it and intend to return other times.

Perfection is here ! There are many names: sophistication, exuberance, cleanliness, clarity, magnitude, and many other adjectives! We are perplexed by Félix's house. I felt so at home, it's hard to describe !! Wonderful bed linens and towels, better than many hotels around the world!! The layout and decor of the house's furniture is so delicate !!! I didn't feel like leaving and I'm thinking of returning within a month! I've always rented houses at ICC, the comment of the trip in general unanimously is that this was the best !! I rested my mind and heart, the house is better than in the photos, and compact but large at the same time, it brought back childhood memories!!! Anyway... I'm very happy with my weekend!!
