The experience was incredible and refreshing The place is MAGICAL, the silence and peace that this place brings is inexplicable! The place is very beautiful, extremely private and very well maintained and clean, exactly as in the photos. A highlight for attention to extremely fragrant bed and bath linens. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, plus it has an outdoor area with a barbecue and a heated whirlpool that are perfect. The hosts are extremely considerate and kind. My husband and I were delighted and left with a taste of nostalgia, we hope to come back again.

This was my second stay at the home of the couple Sydiney and Luciene, and once again I was received with great attention and affection. They are extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with anything. The house is simply wonderful in every way, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes us feel at home from the first moment. The apartment is exactly as described, in addition to being super clean, organized and with all the basic utensils for the stay (linens, bath towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - all of good quality and clean). Adriana was super helpful the whole time, answering our questions and being flexible with our check-out. We had a small problem with a leak (a normal thing, and it did not affect our positive experience at all) and she helped us promptly. I highly recommend the apartment and the host, and I hope to be able to return other times.

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat. Very easy check in. The flat was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful welcome gifts. The gym was a bonus. But the best thing is the view - we had the benefit of 4 fabulously sunny days but the view is absolutely spectacular. I'm speechless about Renata's house! What a delightful and peaceful vibe! The whole house was designed to be in contact with nature and at the same time, linear, well structured and the spaces all very well connected. The balcony gave us great moments! We made a campfire, barbecued and enjoyed the sound of the wind and birds. In the evening, we really enjoyed the indoor fireplace and the large table for family dining. And the rooftop at night was a beautiful viewpoint for the stars. Comfortable beds, great showers and a super functional kitchen. Very close to the center of Videiras, for any eventuality. We're fans! We'll be back for sure!

The house is very beautiful, the indoor lake and the view are the highlights. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard. I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the bottom is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the directions to get there need to be more detailed with landmarks.

We wanted to thank you for your stay! Everything is very good! The hydro, air conditioning, hot water in the faucets and the projector are the highlights of the house. But we have some very important points for improvement that we think need to be taken into account, for example: Security needs to be improved, the main gate of the house is made of wood, very “mixuruca”. When we got there, there was an open part. We live in Rio de Janeiro and we know how much violence there is, even though it's a bucolic neighborhood. In addition, the lighting of the outside also leaves something to be desired when night comes. It would be safer if the room was closed with glass and not just curtains. In addition, we had difficulties with the stove and oven and did not get answers. We also found foci of dengue mosquito larvae under the outdoor sink. An imminent danger.

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

The house is great! Totally spacious and cozy! I spent my birthday with my family and the stay was perfect! The house was all clean and they had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen/house in general. They had games available, a projector to watch movies on the outdoor screen, among other things. 10/10 :)

The house is excellent, we were 5 couples with small children, outdoor area with great visualization of the children playing everywhere they were. With ctz we will return!
