My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

We used this place as a base to meet up with friends and have a catch up and a meal out. The house was absolutely perfect, a lovely space for us all and a fabulous master bedroom that we didn’t want to leave. The host was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations for eating out, unfortunately the Italian restaurant was fully booked so we booked at the Moorings which is located on the east river bank a short walk away from the property. All in all a great place to stay.

We stayed here for one night as we attended a wedding at Irnham Hall. Perfect location as it was only a 10-15 minute drive to the venue. It felt private and the loft was stocked with everything we could need, with a little carton of milk, teas and coffee, and shower gel. It felt cosy and looked just like it did in the pictures. We had great communication with Polly before we arrived, with taxi recommendations and clear instructions on how to find the annex and where to park. The area around was beautiful and we had a lovely walk through the fields. Great host, great place to stay. Thank you!!

My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at Hayley’s Airbnb. It was the perfect retreat — peaceful, beautifully styled, and incredibly cozy. Despite being a smaller space, it felt both luxurious and thoughtfully designed. The room had everything we needed to relax and unwind, from the super comfortable bed to the calming decor. The bathroom was especially impressive — very modern with a spacious shower and heated floors, which added such a touch of luxury. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making the space feel welcoming and high-end. We felt completely at ease from the moment we arrived, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
