This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Very close to the beach! Only unit 2 and 3 has beach views and units 1 and 4 faces Gulf blvd. So if that matters to you then please note. It didn’t not matter to us at all as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient spot to enjoy the beach in a very clean building. The windows and doors are newer and insulate the street noise. Overall recommend!

This is the second time I've stayed at Ioulia's. It's well worth the price for the location. It's cute, quiet, clean, and easily accessible. There's so much to do in the area, and I can't wait to come back and stay longer!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the location. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. A Hidden Gem by the Beach – Perfect for Families! I wanted to surprise my family visiting from Texas with a beach getaway, and discovering Mrs. Nicole’s home was truly the highlight of our trip. It couldn’t have been in a more perfect location—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The home itself was charming, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Nicole thought of everything—from an abundance of fresh towels to a fully stocked kitchen that made me feel right at home. One of the best perks? A beach buggy ready to load up with all your supplies—no more lugging chairs and bags in the sun! My mom, who has difficulty walking long distances, especially appreciated how easy and quick the walk to the beach was. She had no complaints at all—which says a lot! If you’re looking for a relaxing, convenient, and family-friendly place by the ocean, I highly recommend Nicole’s home. It’s absolutely worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved my stay! Traveled with my boyfriend and it was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area and it was an easy drive to Clearwater just under 30 minutes away. Host was very responsive and was able to provide us an early check in which we really appropriated. House was clean and peaceful. It had all the amenities we needed and we would stay here in the future for sure!

This is the 3 rd year we have stayed. Conveniently located but quiet. People are very nice whether they are owners or guest. Nate gets back to you within minutes. I would rent from him again.

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

A Truly Magical Stay! We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was pristine and perfect for afternoon dips after walking back from the beach, which was only a few minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We felt completely safe and at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. We can’t wait to come back. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. Erika was an exceptional host. She proactively made sure that we had all that we needed ahead of time and even checked in with us during our stay. The home was gorgeous. Beautiful views, clean, and super convenient to the beach and restaurants. We were there for my grandmother's 80th birthday and my birthday, and our stay at Erika's place was just perfect for the occasion!

Absolutely perfect stay! This spacious, spotless 2/2 condo on the Clearwater Cut is ideally located near shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The private palm-shaded lounge and beach area felt like a hidden oasis, and it’s just a short walk to the stunning public beaches. The well-equipped layout made relaxing easy, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back and recharge again!

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

We recommend your stay at Crescent Beach Club 1-18C. Sand Feet is the most communicative host we have ever encountered in our travels. The relaxing beautiful beach is beyond words. Every day we watched dolphins go by and we even saw a manta ray and a manatee one day! From the moment you arrive at the CBC parking lot you are greeted by friendly guards which gives you a safe feeling. Those feelings are magnified when you realize the elevator lobby, pool and beach are only accessed by the fob provided to you. No unwanted visitors really makes you feel as safe as being at home! You won’t regret choosing this place for your next vacation!

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. Very happy with our stay and the location or this airbnb. Less than 2 minutes from the beach, an enjoyable walk to all the restaurants and shops. The rec pool is also right across the street and only $4. My family and I are looking forward to going back!

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

We are really happy about Matt’s place, great location and set up, we also highly recommend this place if you travel with kids, playground and kids friendly trial 2 blocks away, safe neighborhood. Matt also set us up with all the essentials we asked for plus a wagon full of beach toys. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Gloria’s place for three days as a family, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is fantastic — just minutes away from some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, nestled in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. The apartment itself is cozy, thoughtfully arranged, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Communication with Gloria was fast and easy — she’s a great host. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return next year!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful serene get away. The home was lovely, super clean, updated and we loved watching the sunset on the balcony. The owner even left us a nice surprise basket! We had a professional photographer come to capture our engagement. The pictures turned out beautiful with the beach and park close by. We only wished we would have stayed longer!

We liked absolutely everything about our stay at Nicole's property. We will be coming back for sure!! The beach was so close and easy to get to that even a 3-year-old was able to make it on foot. We liked Indian Rocks Beach better than Clear Water one because it was much less crowded. We travel quite often but have never been in a property so well equipped. There is everything you might think you need. We did not have to bring the wagon, the chairs, and many other things because everything was available! Even though there were two more properties on the same premises, it felt like we had enough privacy. The pool was basically our private pool. Nicole is very responsive and helpful! Everything was sparkly clean. Truly everything was perfect to the extent that even shampoo and conditioner (which I usually don't use) were perfect for my hair. Every single detail was thought-through and in perfect condition. Kudos to Nicole and her family for having this property so well-kept!
