Arie Dam 302, Beach Front Condo - 2Bed/2Bath

MikeRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Our family of 6 had the best time! Our condo was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It was great to have beach towels and chairs to use as well!! The beach and view was amazing. We had no idea it would be so beautiful. The pool wasn’t quite ready but that didn’t matter (repairs due to the hurricane) the ocean was enough. Our son rented a fishing pole from Hubbards Marina and had the best time fishing off the shore while our other kids swam. We would go back and stay at the same place again. The beach was not crazy busy. Early mornings and late evenings were so peaceful.

Heated Pool & Hot Tub 0.7 mile from Beach

MikeRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home in Florida! The location was great for us — We have two smaller kids so we spent much more time at the pool than the beach so we didn't need it to be walkable, it was just a short drive away, and there was easy parking near the public beach access. The house itself was nicely decorated. We especially loved the pool and hot tub.. We had an issue on the first day with the hot tub and the owners were also incredibly responsive and quick to communicate with us, making sure it was quickly fixed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the abundance of towels provided, which made our stay even more convenient. One of our pet peeves with renting houses is when the owners make you do a long list of chores before checking out. This house was the opposite, just a few simple requests, the check out was so easy which is such an added bonus! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Florida!

BEACH Bungalow Steps from the SAND - Indian Shores

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
What an amazing little gem of a place! This Airbnb is small but was the absolute perfect place for our small family of 4. Newly remodeled and BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Bed was comfortable. Decor very cute. You can see the beach from the couch and kitchen. It was perfect as we have kids. They are older but we still don’t feel comfortable with them alone at the beach. Rachel’s place is so close I could send them down to the beach and see them from the house easily. We had breakfast outside at the outdoor table every morning watching the dolphins. Watched the sunset right from the porch lounge chairs every night. The other units seem to be getting renovated (likely from hurricane). The people there working were quiet and didn’t disturb our stay at all. Parking is a bit tight for this particular unit. The assigned spot is the end by a wall and some trees. In order to get out on the passenger side you have to fight the tree. Luckily, parking wasn’t full but if other units are occupie

Huge & Heated Pool Home 5 Minutes Away from Beach!

ChantelRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at the property for about 5 days over Spring Break. The location of the house is great but you will need a rental car to get around, many beaches, restaurants and other attractions within minutes of the home. We had small children in our group so we appreciated the gated backyard and the high lock on the sliding door in the back to get to the pool. There were plenty of towels and laundry detergent so we could wash them throughout our stay. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our needs. Luckily, we bought some cheap plastic cups for the kids to use while we were there and we had paper plates. There was limited to no plastic wear or mixing bowls. Place was clean and lots of toiletries provided. There were no blackout curtains on the windows (usually helpful for small kids/babies nap times) We brought our own travel suction cup kind so that wasn't an issue. The thermostat was brand new but we had no idea how to work it - just call them, they're really helpful and responsive

Stylish Seminole Heights House

DesirRating, 5 stars4 months ago
This place was very cozy and literally walking distance from everything. Place was clean and it was super easy to contact the host and they contacted us back very quickly. The only that was a little inconvenient was we really needed the pull out couch for a bed and it was so uncomfortable and warn out that we had to buy an air mattress for us to accommodate the sleeping. Also there is only 1 tv for the whole place so when my niece who was sleeping in the living room went to bed we didn’t have entertainment throughout the night for the rest of us. My family works over night so we are night owls and more tvs would have helped a lot. Outside of that the place was amazing and definitely would book again with a smaller group

This Airbnb was great. I stayed w a group of 10 girls and we had both units A and B. It had the perfect amount of beds and bathrooms, plenty of hang out space, and two full kitchens. It was a great location for Gasparilla. I would 100% stay here again!

Delightful elegant lake home

EdenRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Calvin’s place was a wonderful find! The best part was the bird island in the lake behind the house - we really enjoyed listening to the birds and watching them nest and fish. The beds were comfortable, garage parking was easy, and the location was excellent. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved it (it was too chilly for the grownups). Check in was super easy and when we ran into a snag with a broken coffee maker, a new one was delivered right away. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

MARGARITAVILLE ACROSS THE STREET FROM BEACH ACCESS

AlexisRating, 5 stars8 months ago
MARGARITAVILLE was a great stay! Very easy check-in process, friendly owners, lots of amenities including free use of beach chairs, coolers, carts, basically anything you’d need for a beach day. Easy access to the beach and so many restaurants and things to do in the area. This is an end unit so it felt very private with its own little tiki like patio. The bed was very soft and dipped oddly in the middle- we found it difficult to sleep in but it wasn’t horrible. The unit could use some cleaning touch-ups and mold removal in areas like the shower. Otherwise very clean- the sheets and towels smell amazing! One last thing- there is some type of bar behind the building that played music pretty late but it wasn’t too disturbing. It did not affect our stay- just a warning for those who are very sensitive to sounds at night. It would not deter us from booking again!

What a great place for our stay in the Tampa area. Easy access to the airport, Ybor and other areas of town as well as to the interstate to get to other places in the region. The house was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable. The place had so many amenities we didn't even have a chance to try them all. We'll definitely be back our next time in Tampa.

Banana Mania Cottage 3 - few miles to beaches

VickyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This was my first experience with Airbnb and Jeremy made this a very easy trip all the way around. The pictures are accurate, it was a little cottage that had everything you can possibly need for a nights stay. there is a corner store and coffee ship right around the corner if you forget to bring anything. The beaches are just a few miles down the road. I was able to bring my dog there with no problems at all. He also enjoyed his stay. Thank you Jeremy for excellent communication and a great stay!

Vacation destination 4 bedroom house with hot tub

TrangRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Tatyana was wonderful. We asked for help with door open instructions and Wi-Fi Pw, and she responded in less than 5 min. Since we accessed the door multiple times, the key pad battery was low, she came right over within 10 min. We enjoyed our vacation so much. And we will definitely book this place again.

Your guide to Dunedin

All About Dunedin

More than 200 acres of park space cover Dunedin, a small town on Florida’s west coast with plenty of natural landscapes to explore. If you visit the lakefront Josiah Cephas Weaver Park in the evening, you’ll find locals sitting on the docks waiting for the colorful sunset, looking out for dolphins and manatees in the water. The 2.5-mile Dunedin Causeway, hovering over the Saint Joseph Sound’s bright blue waters, leads you from Dunedin over to pristine, white-sand beaches at Honeymoon Island State Park. You can find one of the last remaining slash pine forests here, where unspoiled beaches meet Florida swamp grounds. To the east of the Dunedin area is the Mobbly Bayou Wilderness, where pedestrian-friendly trails extend across miles of lush mangrove forests and salty coastal waters filled with the twisted trunks of mangrove trees are home to some of South Florida’s colorful bird population, including the brown pelican and blue heron. Over at Dunedin Marina, fishers cast their lines for snook, head out dolphin-spotting, and hop on ferries to Clearwater Beach.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Dunedin

Dunedin is warm and humid from the latter half of spring through summer and mid-fall. Outside of these months, the humidity goes down and the weather becomes cool and pleasant. Winter’s comfortable weather is a great time to explore part of the 38-mile Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail on foot or via rental bike. The path is a former railroad turned pedestrian trail, which runs from Dunedin to small towns further south. Summer is the hottest and rainiest time of year. Dunedin’s namesake beach on Honeymoon Island State Park is only a 15-minute drive away, offering a sweeping expanse of white sand and swim-friendly turquoise waters to cool off in. Spring and fall are cooler than summer but still warm. If you’re visiting between November and June, the open-air Dunedin Downtown Market takes place at Pioneer Park every Friday and Saturday, where vendors sell handmade crafts, jewelry, and food accompanied by live music.

Top things to do in Dunedin

Caladesi Island State Park

A short car ride over Clearwater Bay will lead you across palm tree-lined Highway 60 from Dunedin to Caladesi Island State Park. The park is one of the few protected barrier islands in the state, with preserved beaches and rich mangrove forests whose undulating tree roots rise above the waterline. You can head out on the water and follow the one-mile, tree-shaded kayak trail, which begins at the Caladesi Island Marina.

Hammock Park

Five miles of trails wind through mangrove and oak trees at Dunedin’s 90-acre Hammock Park. From the butterfly garden, you can follow the quarter-mile Fern Trail wooden boardwalk, surrounded by Florida’s native sword ferns and leather ferns. As you wander through sections of the trail that pass through dense woods, owls, vultures, and colorful birds like the cardinal and blue jay often make appearances.

Dunedin History Museum

A few streets back from waterfront Edgewater Park, Dunedin History Museum is housed in a former railroad station from the late 1800s. It showcases nearly 5,000 historical photographs and artifacts from the town’s past. The exhibits take visitors on a journey of how Dunedin’s former railroad — and its role as a hub in the citrus industry — helped build Florida’s success throughout the 1900s.
