Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

We had a lovely holiday with Arnaud in beautiful La Teste-De-Buch 😊 The home was absolutely fantastic and was perfectly located with the beach within walking distance and close to Duke du Pilat, which is clearly worth a visit. We felt very at home and Arnaud always responded and helped us with recommendations and help when we were in doubt about something. I highly recommend Arnaud's beautiful house for a future vacation 👌🏼 Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

Amazing place to stay, just as described. If you are looking for tranquility it is the place. The location allows you to get to know the area perfectly. We have fallen in love with this home. It's very cozy. The garden is great if you're going with children, and it has a mini porch for breakfast and dinner. The light that comes in is magnificent. You have the hosts as neighbors, but you maintain privacy. Claire is charming, very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back.

I had a great time at Fleur's. The welcome was warm and communication was smooth from the start. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, well-equipped and carefully decorated. The location is ideal, close to everything you need, while being quiet and pleasant. Fleur is a caring and available host, ready to answer any questions and give useful tips to make the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in a comfortable and welcoming place. If I have a chance, I will come back without hesitation! 😊

We had a great week at Jean-Charles. The place is very cozy and surrounded by greenery. Since we were looking for peace and quiet, we were in the right place. From there, you can quickly reach Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion by car. It is also only about 1 to 1.5 hours to the Atlantic, depending on traffic and destination. The contact with Jean-Charles was very friendly and helpful. We got lots of tips for excursions and restaurants. Thank you for everything. ☺️

Excellent family stay in a typical Cap Ferret hut. The location is ideal, a stone's throw from shops and with sand between your toes, the sunrises are magical! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. The outdoor shower is a must. Thanks to Christel and Marie for this stay. We'll be back!

Excellent stay in Audenge, close to Arcachon. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated and full of charm. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly, always available when needed. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and pleasant stay in the area!

We had a very pleasant week at this place. Sophie is very attentive, incredibly kind. The house, its location 3 min walk from the beach, its garden and all the amenities, everything is carefully thought out: everything was perfect, it's a real favorite!

We had a great time (visit to Arcachon, boat ride in the basin, Pilat dune, oyster tasting on the oyster port of La Teste, etc.). The accommodation was well located and very nice, Charly is a discreet and responsive host.

A perfect 3 day stay!! The villa is very beautiful, as well as the garden and pool. We were 3 couples of friends: we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The villa is well equipped. We didn't miss a thing. We were able to arrive without any problems at very late hours. The villa's environment is quiet. We are delighted and can't wait to come back as a family. Shabby chic, minimal, beautiful design concept. Great detail in retaining the history of the building while Including a polished concrete floor throughout with underfloor heating and incorporating iconic design objects.

We had a great time at this beautifully decorated and perfectly clean house. The kitchen is well-equipped, which makes on-site meals very enjoyable. The beds are comfortable and allowed everyone to rest well. The jacuzzi was particularly appreciated by the children, a real plus for a family vacation. Small downside: the staircase leading to the floor is quite steep and can be a risk, especially for young children or people with mobility difficulties.

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many options to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with lots of details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! To the surroundings: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were already at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

Sweet small house. Very functional. Ideal for two couples or one couple with 1 or 2 small children.

Nicolas and Lara are very friendly and extremely responsive. Excellent accommodation for us (a couple + 1 baby) - ideally located (supermarket, bakery, café within walking distance). The heated pool was a real plus in view of the weather that was a little cool for us :). Great places and perfect recommendations! We recommend it +++ and will come back, in summer with the heat this time!!
