This location is beautiful! Right on the lake. Easy to go down the stairs to the water. Randall was an excellent host and very responsive. The home is lovely and well kept. We had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect! We used the canoe and kayaks and had a wonderful time on the lake. We would most definitely rent this again and we’ll keep it on our list! Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Alycia's home. The house is right on the lake, peaceful, quiet with beautiful views! Very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We explored Geneva, Watkins Glen and Penn Yan. Hiked the Gorge Trail and visited Seneca Falls. Both were amazing! Our host Alycia was very helpful, responsive and went above and beyond. We highly recommend this house for small groups and families and hope to return someday.

Peppermint Cottage was everything we hoped it would be! The scent of peppermint welcomed us upon our arrival. The fireplace and wide-plank floors created a perfect ambiance as we enjoyed the comfortable, cozy living room. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp and clean. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to visit again someday.

The Diane and Tom were very responsive and helpful from local attractions to helping provide tools when we had car trouble. The space was very welcoming and even had local coffee, s'mores makings, and other snacks. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing at anytime of the day and the lake was within walking distance. The only downside was an uncomfortable master bed, but the other 3 beds were like sleeping on clouds! The water is not drinkable due to taste, but we brought our own.

Thank you for our wonderful stay this weekend. Your place is the quintessential lake cottage. Everything we needed was supplied and at our fingertips, without being overrun with “stuff.” Well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It was a cool, rainy weekend and we took full advantage of the bedroom fireplaces and extra blankets! Would love to come back to enjoy summer-time at your place. Thank you!

What a beautiful property right on the lake! We had such a lovely time, the place is well equipped with anything you might need and is very close to lots of restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We can’t wait to come back, highly recommend!

Beautiful home right on the lake. The weather was a bit cold and rainy while we were there so we didn't use the outside space as much as planned, but the spacious living room and dining room were perfect for our 8-person group plus a 7 month old! Tons of space to spread out, play games, read, and play with baby. There were mega blocks, a play mat, a high chair, a changing table, a crib, and everything we could need for our baby. The hot tub was also fantastic for the colder days. We used the firepit as well and there were plenty of Adirondack chairs for our group our there. Two of our cars are electric, so the charger was a big plus! This is a wonderful find and we would love to book again later in the summer! Perfect for the whole family. We cooked a few time while here, and the kitchen had the basics like toaster, cooking utensils, pans, knives, etc. Lots of cups and glasses for making drinks, too.

The location was perfect to attend a wedding at Fountainbleu Inn (just a short walk to venue). Also, the location next to lake was wonderful. We had plenty of bedrooms with linens/towels and extras like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, dish soap etc was very nice. The kitchen had what we needed to cook for 10+ people, except crock pot and griddle (which we brought from home). We enjoyed the hot tub and used the propane grill on the large deck. The owner stays close by and was in communication often.

We enjoyed our five night stay at Camille’s place. It was a fantastic hub for waterfalls and lake day trips. We also walked to the glass museum and to downtown restaurants a few times. The place was full of cozy amenities and we had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor spaces! Front and back porch areas are gems.

we had a great vacation - my husband and 2 kids. we enjoyed the space and had everything we needed. we enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake. we sat on the deck, played games at the kitchen eat in counter. watched TV and relaxed/slept on extremely comfortable beds. it was a very quiet location even surrounded by other houses. it was close by to many of our trip highlights including the sandy bottom park, Naples pizza, red cat winery, lynnie lous ice cream and the Corning museum. would recommend this place to future families looking for a place to stay.

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay for long, we just needed a place to stop for the night, but Michele’s place was so beautiful and cozy we will definitely be back if we’re visiting the area again

We were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary and family graduations! This location was close to family, nostalgic in that we used to have family reunions on the lake, and very relaxing and comfortable. Aside from the unseasonably cold weather, it was nice to explore the town, enjoy delicious food and enjoy scenic sunsets on the lake! Would love to return with family in the future! Brian and Melissa were very responsive and we didn't have any issues!

Really enjoyed our stay! My friend and I and our two dogs were looking for a quiet, cozy spot to relax and do some hiking, and we got that and then some! Instructions were very clear, and it was easy to find the cottage. Everything was as pictured, huge yard for the dogs (big selling point for us) and had everything we needed inside for a few days. Charming decor, a lovely deck with chairs to watch birds (humming birds were very active!) and listen to the creek. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the hosts even provided extra linens and towels for the dogs. Raylene came to greet us at check in and gave us pointers on the quirks of the house, as well as some local recommendations of things to do. The weather was cool and a little wet so be sure to have bug repellant! But it was the perfect temp for the dogs. Loved that the road leads into a state forest, that was a nice treat! Overall would recommend staying, especially with pets. Could have easily spent a week here!

We had a very short stay--got there at 9pm and left at 7am--but we found this cottage very nice. It is clean and has a very nice layout. Perfect for a couple who is visiting the Ithaca area.

We loved our time at Catharine's place - the location on the lake, beautiful house, well maintained and appointed. We were celebrating our daughter's graduation from HWS and it was perfect for our group. Catharine was very gracious - leaving us a bottle of wine. At one point, we had a problem with electricity connection and took less than five minutes for Catharine to tell us what to do to fix it. She really knows her houses!. If we are back in the Finger Lakes, we would certainly book here again. Thank you!

The house was in a beautiful location, right on the lake. It was also in a close proximity to wineries, a brewery, spa and restaurants. The house had all the listed amenities and Debbie left detailed instructions on use of them. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as described, not a speck of dirt could have been found upon arrival. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to returning!

We had a great time on Waneta. The second story balcony had a nice view of the lake was a wonderful place to relax after a day hiking at Watkins Glen, Letchworth, and other places. We also enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake. I hope that others find time to enjoy a stay here as well.

Jesse’s place was the perfect cozy-with-a-view getaway. Ideal location, relaxing, well-designed and stocked. Jesse was eager to offer suggestions and very responsive. Hope to visit again!

Very clean, beautiful home. Perfect weekend getaway. Loved bringing our little fur baby. Jessie has EVERYTHING you could possibly need in the home! EVERYTHING!! Will definitely stay with her in the future. Short drive to many wineries & breweries. We enjoyed the little bar/restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Walked there every night with our dog for a friendly end to a busy day. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was exactly as described. Looking over the lake in the morning was amazing. Had a lot of rain during our stay and even then it was very enjoyable under the covered area watching the rain. The bed in the sofa was clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wow - what a fantastic lakeside retreat! There must be 6 different places to sit/gather outside - the fire table was especially nice for sipping some Riesling on a chilly night. Well equipped kitchen, and lots of amenities (including kayaks if so inclined). Very quiet surroundings (we were there during the week-end, too), but you have to watch out for the seagulls - they like to hang out on the deck. Great location is within 1/2 hour of many excellent wineries and restaurants. Would definitely return here the next time we are in FLX!

The house is in a perfect location, very picturesque, and easily accessible to all the local wineries and attractions. The house was also very very clean and had all the amenities you would possibly need on vacation. Kate was an exceptional host and was very helpful with identifying local eating establishments, making our trip less stressful. I will definitely stay again for future Finger Lake excursions.
