The outbuildings have a "working farm charm", and may be a little messy due to storage of articles from past generations. The house does sit on NY 14 and can have some road noise.

A cozy cottage located on a rural crossroad right in the heart of the finger lakes. Just off the wine trail with wineries close by. 15 min from watkins glenn and 5 min from dundee. The huose has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen sized bed and a recliner. Downstairs is a fully furnished kitchen including k-cup coffee maker, microwave and kitchen stove. A large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Living room with couch and recliners.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

With amazing views of Seneca Lake, the Cottage at Glenora is going to be your new favorite home away from home. Once a child's playhouse, the large cottage sits on 5 acres and overlooks the Glenora cliffs, the cottage is ready to welcome you for years to come. Historic but updated with the creature comforts you desire. The entire estate is a restoration in progress. We will always notify guests if any work on the main house, well in advance.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a peaceful relaxing place. You can see the train go past across the meadow in which you will see horses or cows. You can also hear a rooster crowing his hearty good morning as you wake up on the patio with a cup of coffee. After spending a day out sight seeing or hiking the Watkins glen gorge, you can relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Fire wood is provided.

Woodland Cottage is a peaceful countryside retreat tucked in the woods between Seneca and Keuka Lake, offering a quiet escape with plenty of space to relax. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and game room. Outside features a fenced yard, deck, pergola, and fire pit. Just 15 mins to Watkins Glen, 20 to Penn Yan, and close to top Finger Lakes wineries.
