nicoletta has an amazing place. she thought about all the small details to provide the guess everything they need for their stay. the house is beautiful and very clean, the furnitures are high quality. Nicoletta always answer fast to every message and provided fast and professional service. she has 2 very cute dogs that I enjoyed them around. highly recommend!

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

There were 6 of us in the accommodation and it was a really nice time. The accommodation has everything you need and the garden was a dream. We played a lot in the garden and grilled in the outdoor kitchen. We felt very welcome and did many nice things in the area. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Super sweet woman with top reception. Very involved with her guests. Really what you are looking for old-fashioned at a b&b. Nice basket of fruit in the kitchen is ready. Good tips for restaurants in the area for breakfast and dinner. Apartment wonderfully spacious. Then you do Stefania and girlfriend ( who was so sweet to do all translations😁)

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Pavel’s house on the hill was fabulous. Stunning views with great outdoor eating area and BBQ. The house was full of character, very unusual. Pavel was a great host, and was quick to respond. He went out of his way to help us out. Thank you Pavel.

Nice modern apartment in the central area of Padua. Clean and well-organized spaces, with the kitchen opening onto a small internal garden. Quiet and quiet area. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the city's main points of interest. Paid parking nearby, by moving a little you can also find white stripes where you can park for free. Alberto always responded promptly to questions, and was courteous and helpful.

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

The place was beautiful and very clean, quiet but everything easily accessible, even by bike. The host and also the landlady were always available and are super nice. Anytime again. Thx

The host welcomed us in person and was very warm and friendly, explaining all the important details we needed to know. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was equipped with essentials like salt and cooking oil, which made it easy for us to prepare a simple breakfast. It’s best to come by car for more convenience. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

By far the best apartment we know! Super location, 5 minutes' walk to the sea, quiet, bright, clean, newly decorated and a perfect host! Tomislav and Lara were just super friendly, responded to our requests within minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive. Such hosts are an extremely rare and great experience! We felt extremely comfortable from the very beginning and just loved being here! Actually, you'd have to give 6 stars out of 5 stars for this experience. A really exceptionally nice stay! We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

The apartment was very nice and 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was exactly as described, no surprises awaited us. Communication with Christina was always perfect. We also particularly liked the lockable garage parking space. We highly recommend the apartment!

Everything was great ;) we felt very comfortable: whether beach, padel, tennis or a drink at the bar in the evening - the accommodation was just great for our family vacation for six.

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location. Right in the pedestrian zone with restaurants, supermarket and bars but still very very quiet. Breakfast coffee (Goppion) right outside the door and recommended. After the day in Vendig or on the beautiful island, we came to the apartment with joy and were able to switch off immediately. The roof terraces are simply incredible and have sun all day. We liked to use it to relax to end the day or to take a break before dinner. Everything is sparkling clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. Elena is a perfect host. Very reliable and very friendly. Thank you for a memorable stay. Frank and Charlie

Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

The place was great. A quiet environment, but still everything within walking distance. The place was clean and Stefania was easily accessible at all times. A booking worth and for us certainly an option again if we are back on vacation in Jesolo.
