Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Ideal accommodation for a weekend for families, couples or colleagues to work, up to 6 beds. Bed linen and towels provided. Private car park A20 is 10 minutes away and the train station is a 1 km walk.

L’abri est alimenté électriquement par des panneaux solaires et l’eau provient d’une source traversant le terrain.

Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare property, in a green and enchanting setting, Alphonsine's house is composed of 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. The first bedroom has a large bed for 2 people and the second has 2 beds for 1 person. An outdoor area with a barbecue available enhances this place steeped in history. Formerly a grain store, this house was converted into a dwelling in the 1940s.
