Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

The bathing and fishing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only about 80 steps away, bathing bays for dogs only a few minutes' walk.

Enjoy relaxing moments in the garden with a swing, hammock, and fire pit, or on the terrace, where a charcoal grill invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. After a day at the lake, just 100 meters away, which you can explore by boat or SUP, the sauna provides soothing relaxation.

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.
