Bartek is very friendly and helpful, available if needed but also just allows you to do your own thing. The location just a couple.of minutes drive from Montville is ideal, and it also means you are right in the hinterland and close to all the places and activities there. A well stocked grocery shop ( IGA) is only a couple.of minutes drive towards Mapleton, and has everything needed if you are self catering. I particularly appreciated the free coffee vouchers to use at The Barn on Flaxton, which is very close by and a wonderful cafe.

WOW - what a place! The pics do not do the views and the peaceful location justice! The decor is next levels and there has clearly been a lot of love and thought put into the home to make it a premium stay. Having a coffee overlooking the valley was one of my fav things - I just wish it was cool enough to start the fire - I would be so cosy! We have travelled a fair bit over the past year, and this would be one of the most beautiful, peaceful and well appointed homes of our travels.

Heidi’s place is just as lovely as described! It’s cozy and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Even though we arrived a bit late, Heidi came out to greet us with a warm smile, which was so nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find a record player there—it really added a special vibe to the cozy atmosphere! I wholeheartedly recommend Heidi’s place to anyone looking for a charming getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. You won’t be disappointed!
