We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips into the beautiful Münsterland.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.
