The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. Very nice and quiet apartment centrally located in Duisburg-Neudorf. It is located on the second floor and includes the attic. On the latter is the bedroom with walk-in closet. In the lower part of the apartment, there is a large living room with a couch and TV as well as a work area with a large desk. The kitchen with kitchenette and free-standing dining table offers plenty of space and allows complete self-catering.

Central location to the airport (12 km), Düsseldorf exhibition center, with direct connection to the A52, A3 motorway. Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
