Detached house in the south of Duisburg

The house has a spiral staircase from the basement to the first floor. In the basement there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing station. On the first floor, there is the kitchen, the living and dining area, a toilet and terrace access. On the 2nd floor you will find a shower room, a tub bath with toilet (hairdryer), as well as 4 bedrooms (two with double beds, one with pull-out bed (1.4 x 2 m) and one room with day bed and electric care bed. Senior scooter on request!

My 2 rooms in the attic (2nd floor) are centrally located in a very quiet residential estate. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery, which can be viewed.

Von dort ist man in *8 Minuten* am Duisburger Hbf sowie am FLUGHAFEN DÜSSELDORF und in 20 Minuten am Düsseldorfer Hbf Super Anbindung im Ruhrgebiet. S1-Bahn und die Autobahnauffahrten auf die A40, A42, A52, A59, A3 sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Quiet, lovingly furnished guest house in Mönchengladbach - Neuwerk. The old barn is about 60 m² and completely renovated. It offers enough sleeping space for 4 people plus baby/toddler. A workplace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and its surroundings directly. The A52 and A44 highways are 5 minutes away and the city center is 10 minutes away.
