Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. The bedroom has a ceiling height of only 1.35 m. So you should be a little athletic if you want to go to bed at night. The rest of the apartment is normally accessible and usable without further restrictions. We recommend wearing slippers. Especially in winter, the tiles can be cool

It has a kitchen, bathroom, study, living room and bedroom as well as a folding bed. Flat-screen satellite TV, radio, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and egg cooker are available. Sheets and towels will be provided. Parking is available free of charge.

Cozy, modern, apartment in Duisburg/Nord

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother Sigrid is a co-host, cleaning fairy, and caretaker in a person without whom there would be nothing going on here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare has also been included. We've had so many great guests, and look forward to seeing you soon!
