The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.
