The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Perfect for anyone who would like to take a trip into the city: The S-Bahn train to Düsseldorf and Duisburg is just a 5-minute walk away. A coffee machine is available and there is free parking directly in front of the house. The 6-Seen Platte (recreation area consisting of 6 lakes and forests) is also within walking distance. Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Small attic apartment

Small attic apartment, great for staying overnight. Simple basic equipment is available. Fresh towels, soap, and fresh bed linens are provided. No dishwasher No washing machine No Wi-Fi. The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80x200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160x200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 sqm (plus bathroom), but otherwise everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, 2 chairs, a table, refrigerator, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery...
