Monthly Rentals in Duddingston

We had a lovely stay at this property. We had lots of privacy, it was very quiet and safe in the area, and spacious inside. We enjoyed our trip in Edinburgh and it was very easy to get into the city centre with a bus stop just down the road, busses coming so frequently we never had to plan our travel - we just turned up and one was always just around the corner! Lovely studio flat, really clean and comfortable!

We stayed for 5 weeks, and their place felt like home from day one! The location is great in regard to day to day life, like grocery stores! If you want to go into the city center, it’s very easy as 3 different bus lines take you straight there! The bedrooms were comfortable and the couch was great too! Our kids loved the bunk beds! The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of storage! Being on the top floor was nice, especially during sunrise! If we are ever back in Edinburgh, we will definitely stay here!

We stayed at Judy’s place for over a month and truly felt at home during our time there. The apartment is cosy, well-equipped, and located in a beautiful and quiet area with great access to public transport, shops, cafés, and the beach. Judy was a thoughtful and communicative host—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. She made sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with a lovely gift at the end of our stay, which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place for both short and longer stays!

Jerry was so helpful throughout the stay, and the house was amazing. I would absolutely love to stay again, especially once the backyard and upstairs are completely finished! It will be an even more beautiful place! Already planning my next trip!
