Beautiful, very clean property with a fantastic location. Excellent proximity to snorkeling, restaurants and other local attractions. Short stroll to excellent walking path that takes you along route 1 with amazing morning views of the beautiful water. Great views all around, in fact. Plenty of soft, plush towels and similarly luxurious bed linens. We had a wonderful family vacation staying at this property.

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

Norma was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Her replies were prompt and she provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. She checked in with us frequently. Her rental is adorably nautical, clean and well-maintained. I loved her style! She made sure we had everything we needed.

Nice place. Great access to the ocean. New owners are staying on the upper unit. Very nice people. We loved walking to snappers next door.

this was the best place to stay so convenient staying in key largo! we had a great host was very responsive with our questions and the place felt right at home. it also had great views of the ocean and to get into town it's only about 10 minute drive down the road, only thing to be mindful of is if you utilize washer and dryer you need quarters other then that everything is a 5 star and would definitely consider coming back in the near future thank you!

Perfect spot for a long weekend beach getaway! This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys, and we loved being right on the water with a small beach area to ourselves. The space was ideal for our group of friends, and the location was great—close to local bars and restaurants, some within walking distance or just a short drive away.

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival. Nice location short drive to great restaurants and local grocery stores also less than 5min walk to the beach. Our stay exceeded our expectations! Everything from the instructions for checkin and out from the host to the beautiful house and location was above and beyond. The houae is so perfect and you truly feel like you are in Paradise everyday! The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking from the deck/dock. ALL of the advertised pictures are exactly what to expect but even better in person. I enjoyed the pool as much as sitting on the deck and dock. Our son is 12 and a fisherman and he was able to fish from sun up to sundown! Our family will be returning hopefully several more times! Thank you Luis for sharing your piece of Paradise will our family!

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

This was a great place for our family. We had plenty of space to relax. The home is well stocked with linens, kitchen items and paper goods. We only had to buy groceries. The tvs had streaming services and there are two types of coffee makers!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay on Duck Key! It was centrally located on the Keys to enjoy adventures on either side of us. The access to the Cabana Club was the best attribute of the rental. Our boys (ages 7, 8, & 10) wanted to go every day for the heated pool and beautiful beach access. We enjoyed the affordable drinks and food there, along with a safe and trusting community of people there.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

Very nice home with a beautiful view of the Marina. We loved drinking our coffee and watching the sun rise. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. Location was great and close to nice restaurants and outdoor activities. Stephanie was very helpful and extremely quick to respond if you needed any type of assistance.

The place was as described. Check in was easy and Desy even allowed us to check in a bit early due to my son having a fever. The linens and accommodations were clean and the condo set up was very nicely. The property is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the area that sold food and drinks by the pool. This was a nice place to unwind after being on the water fishing for 6-8 hours. Very comfortable, private, and peaceful.

This is a top notch airbnb. Excellent communication from the host, extremely clean, well stocked condo, generous supplies beautiful decor. We stayed 8 days in the condo and felt right at home. Loved the large pool. We caught many fish and cooked at the condo all but 2 evenings and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Really appreciated the assortment of coolers provided for day trips. Thank you again, John!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with a beautiful view of the ocean that made every morning feel like a dream. Absolutely perfect for a honeymoon getaway, quiet perfect amount of space for us, the set up was great with 2 bathrooms and a huge walkin closet, the couches were super comfy, the TV was big enough to see from across the room, we enjoyed everything about it. Got to meet some of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and enjoyed talking to them. Scott had some great local recommendations and we enjoyed everything.

This condo is perfection! Close to the pool and private beach. Amazing views too! We felt right at home when we walked in. Highly recommend this place for 2 couples or a family looking for the perfect Keys getaway. Nicole was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. 10/10!!

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.

Great stay in the Keys, easily accessible to all that the area has to offer. Nice amenities in the community as well. Would stay again!
