Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Duck Key

Plenty of room for all the family and their families. We enjoyed all the backyard amenities with pool, kyacks, boat dockage and fish cleaning station. There was sufficient seating for everyone and a great area to hangout. The only things we struggled with was TVs didn’t work properly in some of the rooms, no washcloths or kitchen towels available. With that being said, we will definitely consider renting Ryan’s place again in the future!

Our first stay at this property was truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return! Francisco is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and attentive to every detail. The house exceeded our expectations—it was spotless, fully equipped, and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The outdoor area was a peaceful and inviting space, thoughtfully designed with a refrigerator, sink, hot tub, gas fire pit, and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The soft lighting added a warm and welcoming ambiance, perfect for evening gatherings or simply relaxing under the stars. We especially loved the canal, which was incredibly easy to navigate and provided quick access to the ocean—a paradise for fishing enthusiasts! Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving week Ruth!!

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

Stunning location, very comfortable with plenty of space for 10 people. When we arrived we never felt like leaving. Beautiful pool and hot tub surrounded by palm trees, sandy area with great fire pit, gorgeous outdoor eating area and kayaks to drop from pier. Very private location with spectacular sunsets! Fabulous!!!!

Randall's place was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for - beautiful views of the canal with a dock and views on the other side of the house facing the golf course. The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular here and we loved the beach at the Cabana Club. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Roy and Randall got right back to us with any questions we had. The entire stay was perfect. couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much!!

The property was exactly as photographed. Lovely. They even had bug spray and citronella candles for those buggy nights which can just happen this time of year. All the amenities were lovely and very clean. We would stay again!

Great peaceful place to stay. We saw manatees, tarpon and many other species in the canal. Also had some short visits from different types of lizards and iguanas. The pool and hot tub were amazing everyone in our group enjoyed them. The dock was a great place to keep our rental boat. I would 100% come back.

The location was ideal for driving to various local attractions. We also walked over to Hawks Cay and had a lovely visit with the dolphins, which was an awesome experience! The house was perfect for our stay and the plunge pool was a great amenity that we took full advantage of!We had a great vacation!

This was our first trip to the keys, and Marathon is the perfect home base. We had 6 people in our group, 4 teens and 2 adults and this home was absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the canal location and spent the mornings driving coffee while boats moved in and out. The pool was absolutely perfect and we didn't a lot of time, morning, noon and night enjoying the pool. Sleeping arrangements are great, plenty of beds for the whole crew. The house does not beach supplies, so make sure if that's on your list, you grab towels, cart, cooler. Sombrero beach is close and one of the nicest in the keys. The neighborhood is quiet, lots of other rentals, and felt very safe. This home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is big and spacious. We would love to come back tomorrow!!

Brian’s place was exceptionally clean. We slept great in the beds. Shower pressure was great. We enjoyed cooking on the grill. Kids enjoyed watching Netflix. Saw a manatee in the canal, that was cool. Great location. Felt very safe walking in the neighborhood. Adored the staff at the Cabana club and the great food and service there. Pool was very clean and great to be right on ocean. Cannot fault this rental in any way. Also Brian checked in with us which was a personal touch that was appreciated. Awesome place!!

The house was wonderful and the resort is gorgeous. We loved the location and the ability to walk or call the golf cart to the pool or main resort. The only issues we had with the rental itself were super minor. A couple of the outlets did not work, I would recommend a few more pots and pans, nightstands on both sides in the master so we weren’t wrestling with a place for both our phones and water on one person’s side, and the soap dispensers were dislocated from the wall in both bathrooms. Definitely: remember to pick up incidentals you don’t think about (salt, pepper, olive oil, cooking spray, foil, steam wrap, laundry soap, etc.) if you intend to cook. I recommend cooking bc the main restaurant is $$$$$ expensive. Dinner for 2 adult entrees, 2 cocktails, and 2 kids meals was $425, breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150. The setting is stunning. Would definitely stay again but prep our own food.

Our stay at Alex’s Hawks Cay townhome was great! The location is safe & quiet and we felt right at home. Alex provided everything we needed and some extras like coffee, detergent and beach towels. He communicated frequently, responded quickly and gave us local recommendations. We will definitely stay here next time we visit the Keys.
