The apartment is very nice. It is well-furnished and comfortable. We liked being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The garage and elevator are a bonus, especially in the winter months! It was too cold to utilize the back patio, but we are returning in the warmer months to take advantage of the view. We highly recommend this listing!

The hosts were helpful with instructions to get to the apartment and with things we needed at the apartment. The apartment was nice too.

We needed a place to stay while we were in the area for the Midwest Scroll Saw Tradeshow. Jeff’s place was a good price and in a good location for the event. I found Jeff to be friendly and communicative. It made getting there from 12 hours away easier. Check-in was a breeze. Thanks Jeff.

My stay could not have been any better. The accommodations were fantastic and there were many extras provided, making it a perfect stay. Vicki was an outstanding host and I will definitely seek out one of her properties to stay in, if I am in Dubuque again.

Great stay. Owner did an incredible job communicating and sending pictures ahead of time so we knew exactly where to park, how to get in and what location looks like. Great neighborhood to walk. The place was incredibly clean. The noise was hard from cars and train so suggest bringing ear plugs or use white noise on your phone.

We LOVE Jon's beautiful mansion. This is the second time we have stayed and we hope to be back again next year. With three generations of family all together, this really is the perfect place. Easy walk to the wonderful public library (which has fantastic children's area), Textile brewing (great beer and pretzels), Basillica, and the Brew and Brew; and a quick drive to Sundown mountain skiing. The home itself has everything you could possibly need- so much comfortable space to hang out, great kitchen, and large dining room table. We loved the new addition of the bunk beds. One of our favorite Airbnbs.

The place was exactly what we needed, a clean and cozy house with a good location. We felt at home and the beds were very comfortable. Abby provided a wonderful welcome binder with lots of local recommendations and brochures. Highly recommend the place.

I have stayed at a lot of Air bnb's and this was my favorite! There were so many thoughtful touches and amenities, like lots of coffee and tea options, super absorbent bath towels, microfiber hair towels, super plush carpeting, toys for kids, thick blankets in every room, all the laundry supplies including a bag for delicates, and many more. Sharisse was super communicative and kind. Also my son and husband loved the fooseball table. All in all, it felt like staying at a luxury resort that also felt like home :)

Stacy's place was great. We visited for an alumni weekend at UD. It was close to campus and very walkable to everything downtown. We will look to stay here again next year.

The Broadlawn Bungalow is a great place in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to a couple of main roads, Asbury Rd and JFK. Everything was well organized, easy to find and clean.

My family and I really enjoyed Jim’s place. It was clean, in a great location, and suited our needs well while we visited family. The home was spacious and comfortable. We hope to be able to stay again when we come back!

We had three families in for a ski trip and had a fantastic weekend! The house was clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our rowdy crew! The kids loved the car game and the pool table and the adults loved that they could have their own living room separate from the kids! We would definitely recommend and stay again if we are ever back that way!

Had a wonderful Easter celebration with family while visiting with plenty of space, entertainment for everyone, and the playground only a few steps away. Thanks for hosting us and being very responsive!

The condo was just as described. Cary clean and well cared for. It was the perfect location for our baseball tournament and walkable to the restaurants in town. Will definitely stay there again!

Very spacious for an apartment with well sized bedrooms and bathroom. Located downtown with a lot of bars, restraints, and shops nearby.

Ryan’s place is always such a heartwarming environment and space to be. Very clean and well maintained, and he communicates promptly if needed. I would recommend any of his three properties to anyone and everyone!

Perfect spot for walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and breweries without the worry of driving. Super clean and beautiful space.

Worth it…centrally located..great for weekend….good workout it climbing stairs!
