It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. My cosy flat is the perfect space for travellers looking for a small private space. It is located in a large Georgian house with other private apartments also in the building. The house itself is quite old and a little run down but my space is renovated with all you need for a comfortable stay. St Stephens Green and Grafton Street are a 5-minute walk and Temple Bar is 20 minutes walking. Not suitable to work from home as it does not have a comfortable work space.
