It’s a very lovely and very bright 4.5 rooms/110sm apartment in the trendy Seefeld in Zürichs district 8. It’s located two minutes from the lake, one minute from the tram station and from stores. It has several restaurants close by. It has a fully equipped kitchen,two bedrooms, dining room, bathroom with bathtub and a living room with beamer, 3mx2.10 projection screen, IPTV (but no guarantee, all works well with tv-programm/home cinema, sometimes it struggles). NO PARKING AVAILABLE.

In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.
